Lo unico que si afecta es que no cuentan con estacionamiento, al estar en el corazon del centro historico es muy dificil encontrar lugar diponible en los estacionamientos de alrededor. El servicio, la comida y el lugar son excepcionales.. ! gracias

El personal de recepción super amable, nos dejamos olvidados los regalitos en la recepción y uno de los recepcionistas nos los alcanzó al garaje sin nosotros habernos dado cuenta, se pegó una tremenda carrera. A su vez su compañera recepcionista también nos avisó a través del intercomunicador del garaje que nos habíamos olvidado unas pertenencias.
Una vez en casa nos dimos cuenta que nos habíamod olvidado la manta escocesa de viaje en la habitación y seguro que la recuperaremos, o por lo menos yo tengo esperanzas dado el buen hacer de los gerentes del hotel. Inculcación de valores en sus trabajadores. El hotel es muy elegante, cómodo, fiable y seguro, en conclusión es altamente recomendable.

Whilst the staff are great and the foyer is beautiful, everywhere else, particularly the rooms, are extremely dated and in desperate need of modernisation. The luxurious sun beds in the photos are not the same either - in fact the pool terrace isn’t great either - again, needs updating - just 2 umbrellas. The breakfast was distinctly average and certainly not 5 star - you spend every day looking for staff to request that more butter or bread be put out of for the milk/water in the coffee machine to be filled up. Again - not 5 star!

Un grand hôtel qui reste très beau bien que vieillissant.
Excellent accueil et bons conseils pour visiter la ville.
Grand et beau hall d'accueil surprenant avec ses escalators pour accéder à l'espace restauration. Très bon petit déjeuner.
Chambre spacieuse mais douche intégrée à la baignoire, mobilier daté et on doit claquer la porte pour la fermer. On attend mieux d'un 5 étoiles.
Très bien situé à 5 mn à pied du centre.
Nous avons voulu prendre un verre pour terminer la soirée au bar, malheureusement pas de carte : vous devez demander le prix de chaque alcool en désignant les bouteilles. Pas agréable ni vendeur !
