The location is very busy all the time. The room is old and a little smelly. Ac is functional. Basically, you get what you paid for.

The location is great other than the homeless people right outside the door. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom gets soaking wet every time you shower. They only clean the sheets every 4 days and the staff at the counter is consistently rude.

El personal ha sido muy atento. La zona es transitada y segura. Lo unico para aclarar es que las habitaciones ya no cuentan con nevera. Solo podes usar una del comedor al igual que otros elementos como pava electrica horno y microondas

Centralt beliggende. Bar præg af at være meget slidt og vandet kunne ikke løbe ud af bruse kabinen

The staff was super friendly and kind. The place was very clean and close to many things. My only complaint was that the bed makes a lot of noise.

Hotel très bien situé, notre chambre était au calme, avec une petite terrasse agréable. Bonne literie, aspect négatif: la clim ne pouvait pas être réglé, nous avons eu froid.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share my stay or rather, lack thereof. Upon arrival late at night, I encountered a member of the front desk staff who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. I had a guest with me, and instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the staff member abruptly told me I wasn’t allowed to have guests and threatened to call the police unless I left the premises immediately. I was shocked and deeply embarrassed by this treatment, especially considering I had already paid for the room. In an attempt to resolve the situation peacefully, I asked to speak to a manager or to change rooms, but my requests were dismissed without consideration. The aggressive tone and behavior of the night staff left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome, forcing me to leave the hotel altogether. Additionally, the room itself—what little time I spent in it—was far below expectations. It was extremely small and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. The odor was so strong it was unbearable, making the room completely uninhabitable. Given that I was unable to stay the night due to the staff’s conduct and the poor condition of the room, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this is a fair and justified request given the circumstances. I would strongly urge management to address the behavior of their night staff and to ensure their rooms are properly maintained and advertise

Schmutzig, schimmelig, Balkon nicht nutzbar, Klimageräte direkt am Balkon. Toilettenspülung defekt, kein WC-Papier, WC viel zu eng, Spiegel auf 140 cm. Alles in allem nur gute Lage, aber max. ein Stern

The location was right, couple of blocks from La Rambla and easy access to everywhere. The room was very small. No windows, only a small one in the shower. My fear was a fire, there is no way you can escape...If you are adventurous, it is ok, it was not the place for me.

Hotel molto semplice e piccolino, ma pulito e con personale super gentile e disponibile. Situato in pieno centro tra La Rambla e il Barrio Gotico è il luogo ideale per chi vuole visitare Barcellona ad un prezzo contenuto. Pur essendo vicino alla Rambla non era affatto rumoroso. A pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana Liceu.

The hotel staff was super kind and friendly. The room was clean and just what I needed. Nothing fancy, but all amenities, clean and modern and felt safe. I would recommend this hotel. Right off the main road to the busy la rambla street.

Super placering og et okay hotel efter prisen. Søde og hjælpsomme personale. Dog var der meget lydt og sengene var ikke så gode. Men et okay hotel for et kort ophold.
