Great location

Overall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.

Friendly and location

Stayed for only one night prior to my flight, but the neighborhood is vibrant with great restaurants and the beach is very nice with such a warm water in the Summer.

Wonderful stay, rooms were very clean and the local restaurants / beach bars were superb!

What a lovely hotel! I stayed here as it’s near to work and it felt like a treat being on the beach. Great restaurants nearby! The smell of the hotel was incredible and the bed was super comfy. Very lovely staff at front desk too.

Property wise, everything was okay. But the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. There was young man who was helpful in the front with dark hair but apart from him and the cleaning staff. Everyone even the man outside at the restaurant was so rude. For the price of the stay in spain the hospitality really should be of a higher level. Every little thing was a huge deal or issue. Even sitting outside vs inside. It really makes no sense. I tried to be as gracious as possible but was constantly met with rude and dismissive response. Truly astonished

Everything was beautiful except there were a couple weddings and they were really loud and ran past midnight.

Water leaking from hvac unit, my kid slipped and fell. The room smelled like mold. The staff was not very friendly. They gave us a room with two small beds, with a clear separation between them. The shower was poorly designed so the water leaked to the floor no matter how much you tried. Overall a poor experience, we are frequent travellers and we will not go back to this one. Good structure, nice pool. A pity all the flaws.. my room shouldn’t be booked as it is, hope you fix this issue and improve the friendliness of staff.

The power breaker went out in the middle of the night and we had to make a personal expensive call to ghe front desk..since the phone in the room didnt work to call someone up

An immaculate large hotel room with beautiful, updated decor. The hotel is right on the boardwalk along the beach. The front desk recommended a tapas restaurant 5 minutes walk away and it was a very very excellent meal. Tiberna Tibu--Ron

Love the place right on a boardwalk perfect for morning or evening walks. Lots of places to eat only steps from the beach and the Med.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
