海神海滩酒店

The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size, small balcony with glass panels and all have a sea view and can see Poniente Beach and Benidorm Island. A safe can be rented cheaply and has basic key operation. The bathroom is fully equipped with rainfall shower in some rooms, (ordinary in others) and has inadequate lighting. The wifi is excellent, the buffet breakfasts are good but not great. The pool area is beside the busy sea front road. Most of the reception and cleaning staff are wonderful but I encountered a poor attitude from a security official who was called to my floor to investigate issues with neighbouring rooms. He did all he could to resolve the matter but accused me of losing my cool whilst I was trying to explain the problem to him around the language barrier. He was raising his voice to louder than mine..indeed he shouted down the corridor needlessly disturbing other guests! The walls in the building are shockingly thin, on the whole it is the least soundproofed building both I and a fellow traveller have stayed in.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. Cleaning of the rooms can also be better, inconsequent- sometimes ok and sometimes for example the trash was left. Overall ok hotel.

Simpel hotel verwacht geen 5 sterren maar het was er schoon het ontbijt was goed en het is bijna op het strand prima voor één of twee nachtjes te verblijvwn

No se podia dormir bien,por la calor,no me parece bien que se pare el aire acondicionado por la noche,vergonzoso. Han entrado a la habitacion a las 9 de la mañama,a las 10,a las 11,para limpiar,a ver si nos ibamos,no me parece bien,siendo las 12 la hora de salida Gracias

Très belle vu belle hôtel seule bémol la restauration pas assez variée surtout le petit déjeuner mais dans l’ensemble très bien

Alguna de las camareras del hotel comedor son muy antipáticas. Sin duda lo mejor del hotel laa vistas

Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!

Excellent choice of food and varied.

Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely to see hotels now have large showers and not a bath with a shower attachment. Very spacious rooms.

Leuke plaats en uiteraard splendid als je op de 10de+ verdieping zit met zicht op zee ! Ook de prijs is behoorlijk laag

Nice property, very clean, well appointed room with an amazing view. Would be nice to have tea/coffee in room. Breakfast offering was very nice and loads of choice!
