Lovely location!! Room was more than comfortable, nice wallpaper etc and modern bathroom. Room coul use a few more outlets. One reason for visiting Broto was to take a tour of the mountains, see waterfalls. 2 wks before arrival, hotel had never answered my inquiry about hiring a local service. Somehow fr USA couldn’t locate a locally based service ahead of time online - all were huge tours fr e.g. Barcelona. After my second email, hotel readily answered but the only tour firm they gave me never ever answered their phone (5 tries over a few days - just rang and rang, no voice mail) or acknowledged my online application on their site. Upon arrival, engaged another firm that hotel provided then another. All we could do was take a van trip to a certain part of the Pyrenees and listen to an excellent guide - but no lengthy tour, waterfalls. Other offer? 3.5 hour walk - too much for us. Verrry disappointing to come all the way across fr Madrid and not be able to tour thru the Pyrenees during our 4-day stay. I believe the front desk could’ve been more helpful. The woman at the front desk was very helpful otherwise.

Personnel très accueillant. Petit-déjeuner buffet simple et bon. Belle chambre. Excellent emplacement avec stationnement disponible sur place. À côté de l’épicerie, des boutiques et des restaurants.

Great place to stay, 10 minute walk from the waterfall Breakfast was nice and parking was provided for our motorcycles

Biker friend hotel with free parking and special rates, great central location to the town, loads of restaurants to choose from but don’t forget they start serving at 20:00

Todo correcto la chica de recepción súper amable y atenta. Hotel acogedor. Muy limpio y cómodo

Nos hemos alojado dos noches en una habitación con dos camas individuales y el sofá convertido en cama. La habitación estaba impoluta, son habitaciones rústicas de madera pero bien cuidadas. En la recepción del hotel nos han atendido muy bien tanto la recepcionista como el recepcionista en todo momento recomendándonos rutas, asesorándonos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. ¡Volveremos!

Alojamiento en Suite con Bañera Hidromasaje. Cama cómoda, aire acondicionado en salón y habitacion, buen frigorífico. Dos TV. En general genial

Situado en el centro de broto, muy acogedor y precios ajustados, los desayuno cuestan 10€ por persona, en el bar de enfrente por 5,5€ café y bocata

Overall the experience was great. Walking distance to any of the restaurants, an outdoor store in case you forgot anything and a supermarket. The parking is not at the hotel itself as there are two lots (one north and one south) but you can park in front,check in, drop off your luggage then go park the car. You need to ask for the remote to the air conditioner. My only complaint for the stay is that I wish it had a mini fridge because if I want something cold for an early hike nothing opens before 9 or 10am. With that said getting coffee super early is not easy unless you are going to the national park which they have a cafe there. I did like that you can see the stars from our balcony even with some of the streets lights.

This hotel was great, in a lovely mountain community. The breakfast was not great, but everything else was fantastic. The room was huge and very comfortable.

Cheerful, clean, comfortable place in center of Broto. Places to eat around and park. Close to Parque and better than tourist-trap Torla.

Simple and efficient hotel. Excellent recommendations for the hikes around! Clean, well located and very friendly. Only downside was that no breakfast Service was offered surely due to the Covid situation.
