Very safe stay. Clean room and good location as well.

飯店離地鐵約步行10分鐘，飯店門口有Bus23號到市中心的主廣場，地點不是很方便。這裡有很多的團體客人。櫃檯人員服務很好，早餐普通，飯店有些老舊，但環境算清潔。

酒店很老，房间里面总有一股不知道的味道

only hot air will come out from the air-conditioning in the room. when we try to open the window to get some fresh air, we find out that the window are all locked and cannot be open. so, the room is hot and suffocating. also, the room is small. we cannot cannot get enough room to open our suitcase. worst of all, the partitioning insulation of the room is poor. we can hear the guy next room when he is talking over the phone, when he turn on water tape or when he close the closet door.

Quisimos reservar un taxi el día anterior a las21:00hs y nos dijeron que era ya muy tarde, que lo tenía que hacer con más anticipación, que mañana a partir de la8:00 llamará.. llamamos a las8:00 y que no, que era muy temprano… mejor salimos a la calle y tomamos uno de la puerta

The hotel was okay overall, but definitely dated and not a 4-star experience as advertised. Service was average and nothing particularly stood out. The rooms are quite small, which makes the stay less comfortable, especially for longer visits. It works for a short stopover if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect the level of quality or amenities that come with a true 4-star hotel.

Nice rooms

It was one night and had to leave early morning. Overall, the stay was nice, room was clean& comfortable and breakfast was good!

SE ENCUENTRA EN UNA ZONA CON COMERCIO Y UNA PARADA DE AUTO BUSES AL FRENTE, EN GENERAL ES MUY BUENO, LOS ASCENSORES SON PEQUEÑOS Y CUANDO HAY UN GRUPO GRANDE CUESTA SUBIR O BAJAR CON LAS MALETAS.

It was easy to check in and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The property is conveniently located....walking distance to shops, dining options, minutes from Madrid Rio park. Staff also friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Madrid next.

Clean room

Parking was tight and in season I bet can be a nightmare. Food was good, family friendly (we had babies in the group) and good value given how close to Madrid we were.

Buen buffet de desayuno,hotel muy limpio,bonito y muy accesible. Precio-calidad muy bueno

They were not friendly and asked for the single double bed and for the couple they gave two beds and asked them they were very rude not at all friendly Totally disappointed Don’t recommend
