chambre, hôtel, très propre personnel, agréable et disponible. Petit point négatif concernant le manque de fenêtre dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas du tout de fenêtre. Seulement un petit coin pour aérer, il était un peu compliqué de respirer dans la chambre l’air était lourd.

Great location right on Playa Zurriola. not central but a very pleasant seaside walk gets to the old town in about 10~15 minutes. My room was great, but had some missing baseboards and some pieces of the flooring had separated and collected some junk in the cracks. Hardly a fatal flaw.

Loved the location near the beach, such a beautiful place to see when you walk out thr door in the morning. The hotel staff can be loud in the morning, waking me up most days but overall, for the money, it was great value, comfortable (no frills) and I would happily stay there again.

This property should be getting at least 4/5 stars. The one staff member I met was friendly, and the property itself is nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, at 2am the fire alarm activated. This is not a problem for me, whether it was a malfunction or not. What is concerning is that there was no staff around at all! If there had been a real fire, how would the emergency services know how many people are left in the building? I’m not sure if this is common for the hotel staff to leave the building unattended, but it is very dangerous and I suspect it violates many safety codes. I did get an apology the day after, but still unacceptable.

The property is basic- the bathroom and shower are tiny. But… the location is great if you want to spend time on the beach and the staff are very nice.

It was an amazing hotel,, the front desk employees were so friendly and welcoming, easy to check in and out,, the location is perfect even it’s in a busy area but it was so quiet and peaceful, the view was amazing, thank you and I’ll be back again

Staff was wonderful and so helpful

A lovely view across Gros bay from this seafront hotel . Our host in reception gave great local advice for bars and pinxos, as well as some handy basque phrases to use. The seaview room was modern and on dual levels (step up to seating / seaview window) and light was maximised by the use of an opaque glass enclosure around the shower / toilet room. We enjoyed the walk around the bay to reach the old town, aquarium & marina areas. Staff were helpful and warm throughout our stay and were a credit to the hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Leider wurde uns in der Altstadt die Geldbörse mit Ausweis, Führerschein, Kreditkarte, usw. gestohlen und wir sind dann bereits 2 Tage früher abgereist! Das Personal war mehr als bestrebt uns weiter zu helfen! Dafür bedanken wir uns hier nochmals ausdrücklich.

Great staff. Good location for surfing beach. I stayed upstairs in double room so plenty of space and quiet. A/C worked well and was silent

Excellent location and excellent customer service when we arrived the lady on the reception suggested local restaurants and areas of the city to visit and they were all worth the visit. Would definitely stay here again

I loved this hotel but it was not clear when I booked that the room was interior and had no windows. I would love to come back and stay in the room I was hoping for. There was an issue with the drain in my shower and no hot water so washing my hair after a day at the beach was challenging but I loved being so close to the beach, everything was very clean, and the staff were great.

Le concept de l'hôtel c'est l'autonomie. Le stationnement est très compliqué. Les chambres sont petites mais agréable, avec la climatisation. En revanche, on entend bien les voisins. La vue océan est géniale.
