Great location!!

The bed was dirty, had stains on mattress and mattress pad, no fitted sheet on mattress, a flat sheet is used, the room itself was dirty as well as bathroom, water drips out of shower onto floor, the room is very noisy, you could hear everything from other rooms as well as from outside, I would not recommend this hotel at all

The hotel is very old the room is no in good condition the shower is old and no very clean the personal is very rude and no nice people never come again to this location

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was convenient and has a wide variety of choices. Great location.

Loved it... right in the middle of everything Madrid, shopping, restaurants... McDonald always full... Starbucks...cant ask for more... honestly.

Excellent location

Everything was great. Our hotel room had an issue with the toilet and they addressed it within minutes. Incredibly great location, very walkable to most everything we wanted to see. Loved the balcony and views from the room as well.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The hotel was so central, so close to lots of things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every staff member went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. The room was like home away from home. Great value breakfast with excellent assortment of food.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Madrid. Rooms kind of small, but the great location beats the small room. Definitely will come back.

Great location. Close to everything. Across street from 4 Seasons and Marriott. It costs $50 dollars to check in early. Breakfast is not worth it unless it comes with room. Lots of places to eat around hotel. We had a problem with remote that was solved quickly. Rooms were small but bathroom was a nice size.

Excellent customer service from sailor and Javier!!

The location is excellent, 200m from the main town square and the same amount in the other direction from the main town street Gran Via. The rooms are not claustrophobically small, but they are not big either. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. If you like to watch YouTube or Netflix on TV, unfortunately you won't be able to because they are not smart TVs and the selection of programs is the same as in any hotel - uninteresting to watch. I stayed in this hotel 7-8 years ago and nothing has changed so replacing the TV would be an improvement that doesn't cost to much.

It was near everything. Staff was attentive.
