经常跟房口要整理房间，但是很多次都不理会客户的。房间缺乏很多客户穿洁用品，房间太细了。床褥太迫

We had a great time at hotel rec. We did the make your own cocktail night which was a fun way to meet new people and have free drinks! Pool is small and cold but I think that’s pretty standard in Spain. Room was very clean and staff were very pleasant. Would reccomend to anyone

Got there very early and our room was ready for us. Great area for walking around and the hop on bus stop is right around the corner. Rooftop patio bar is very pleasant

Das Hotel ist in einer top Lage. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Bei kleinen Mängel wurde uns sofort kostenloses Frühstück angeboten während unserer gesamten Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ausreichend. Der einzige Abzug geht an den Wasserstrahl, der sehr schwach ist beim duschen und die Tür zum Klo, die leider klemmte. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Location is great, bus and metro very close which can get you to the beach or anywhere else in Barcelona. Room was spacious, shower was big and beds were comfy. Only issue I had with the room is : 1 there is nowhere to put your clothes. There was a very tiny wardrobe to hang 3 dresses and one small shelf for some extra clothes but everything else we left either in the suitcase or on the one table that was available. 2 the room is in tiles so you will need slippers to walk around unless you don't mind it. The room has aircon. Shower and toilet are separated. Breakfast was ok ISH. Nothing special but it is fine for what it is. The Pool area is very small altho very lovely to enjoy the breakfast, for swimming or sunbathing is to small. Staff are super nice and helpful and attentive.

Excellent hotel in downtown Barcelona. Very friendly staff, who are always happy to help. Upon arrival, I was greeted with vouchers for two free drinks at the bar. Rooms are clean, spacious and very modern. The breakfast is super tasty and offers a large variety of options. The breakfast room is on the top 7th floor, which also allows a fantastic view of the Barcelona skyline. There is also a pool on the terrace of the 7th floor. The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of the city. I never used a cab or public transport, but walked from the hotel to all sites that I wanted to see (Sagrada Família, Barcelona History Museum, the old gothic cathedral, Casa Amatller, Montjuïc Castle, the beach, etc.). Overall - should I visit Barcelona in the future - I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent room. Lots of space. Very quiet. Nice small pool on rooftop. Staff were friendly. Close to metro and buslines. No fridge in room is probably the major gripe. However lots of shops nearby.

Siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel per 5 notti ad agosto e possiamo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti.. a nostro parere questa potrebbe essere tranquillamente un 4 stelle invece delle 3 che riporta. L'hotel si trova a 2 passi dall'Arco di Trionfo che puoi ammirare dal terrazzo quando sei nella piccola piscina o la mattina quando fai colazione dal suo terrazzo. È comodo ai principali mezzi di trasporto pubblici, fermata del bus a 30 mt e stazione metro a 300 mt che puoi prendere tranquillamente quando vuoi grazie alla "hola travel card" di Barcellona per i turisti (consiglio di farla per chi si vuole spostare tanto). A qualsiasi orario all'interno dell'hotel sei piacevolmente avvolto da una atmosfera di serenità e tranquillità e il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Offrono alcuni servizi, tra cui la degustazione gratuita di birra per fare conoscere la gente. La colazione variegata e di ottima qualità. Le camere sono accoglienti e particolari al loro interno e trovi a disposizione tutto quello di cui hai necessità. A due passi trovi anche supermercati e forni e se vi va di fare due passi a piedi, vi è una stradina che ti porta direttamente al quartiere gotico. Hotel consigliatissimo e grazie ancora a tutto lo staff.

Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer waren schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war war gut. Direkt am Triumphbogen und an der Metro und Busstation. Waren sehr zufrieden :)

Had a great stay! The rooftop pool is just perfect to cool down and enjoy the views. Loved the breakfast buffet and rooms were very spacious & clean. All staff were very friendly! Thank you, we will be back if we ever visit Barcelona again :)

Easy check-in process since we checked in online before arriving! The bed was huge and super comfy! Loved the rooftop space!

Nice motel,great location,not so safe outside specially late at night,too many homeless people in area right at front of the motel
