Hotel heruntergekommen, Frühstück i.O. auch Pool. Super Lage im Zentrum der Tirajana. Begründete Reklamationen werden abgetan und die Direktion verleugnet sich. Nicht für Ferien mit Kindern geeignet. Verkehre seit Jahren in diesem Hotel als Notlösung bevor meine andere Unterkunft parat ist.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer schön gross, teilweise nicht ganz sauber und es müsste modernisiert werden. Preis / Leistung ist aber völlig okay, Lage sehr gut

Bed sheets were never changed. Got clean towel twice in 18 days. Custodian never worked down and surfaces in the room. Breakfast was terrible, cold food, hard rolls and beans for every meal. 90 percent of guests are German, went serve British breakfast? I've staying at Rey Carlos for seven years, never had a complaint, but this year was terrible. Also, do not stay on the this floor, you won't be able to sleep until after midnight when Cita shuts down. All in all not a good experience.

The room is as clean and tidy.

The room was not even near the standard of the pictures that were shown in the app when you click on the specific room type and the images are shown for that specific type of room and they play a big part in the facts you base your decision on which room type you are booking. So I would suggest that you make sure that you are matching the correct images with the correct hotel room in your app. I was very disappointed and would not have made a booking for a room of this state or run down type

Le stanze davvero datate e vecchie. Ho dovuto chiedere una prolunga perché non avevo una spina vicino al letto, dato che utilizzo la CPAP per la respirazione notturna. Ho trovato sul pavimento patatine e un cerotto, e polvere, ma quest'ultima credo sia dovuta alla mobilia vecchia di legno poco pratica. La cucina davvero pessima, scarsa e poco curata. L'avanzo diventa l'ingrediente della cena del giorno dopo, che gira e rigira continuamente. La qualità del cibo è scarsa, come la pasta orribile. I condimenti, tutti monodose e monoporzione, finiscono sistematicamente e si rimane senza. Il microonde si è guastato dopo un paio di mattine ed è stato rimesso dopo 2 giorni. Delle 3 macchine del caffè, ne funzionano sempre 2 perché la terza si svuota. Frutta di bassa qualità; mi sarei aspettato almeno le banane canarie, visto che lì vengono prodotte, invece in quasi 2 settimane le avrò trovate sì e no 2 o 3 mattine. I dolci, per carità! Tutti assolutamente chimici, fatti da preparati come le creme. I prodotti per la colazione, come le brioche, sono stantie e tutte rigorosamente industriali, nulla di fatto fresco, insomma la cucina pecca in professionalita e capacita nel fare buona cucina, ho meglio va bene per i clienti nordici che poco se ne intendono di cucina, ma non e paragonabile a cucina internazionale, sono un cuoco professionista e se minpermetto di dire cio e perche ne ho le competenze. Il personale di sala e pulizie tutte persone fantastiche, i responsabili no.

Ostädade rum

Our stay had breakfast included, i find the earlier you go for breakfast, the better, only on 1 occasion we made it early and there was veriety and it was warm/hot. The hotel itself amd staff were clean and plesant. There was a terrible smell of sewage in the lift always and in our bathroom for a couple days. The pool is large and everything you need is within walking distance. I did not see any children at the time of our stay. I would stay again

Enformig frukost och slitna solstolar och tyvärr kackerlackor på rummet, hotellet borde dessutom investera i bäddmadrasser så man inte behöver sova på spiralfjädrar som gör ont att sova på MVH Christer

Hotel is very dated. Broken window in room. Glass still on floor. Sachets of shower gel not enough. Noisy neighbours. Breakfast very limited. Refurbished room not very modern.

Frokost buffet innholdsrik og bra.Hotellet er preget av slitasje spesiellt på rommene. Personalet blid og hyggelig. Sentral beliggenhet med kote avstander yil strandt. uteliv.

Ostädat, smulor på bordet och hår på golvet. Gammalt och slitet med sängar där man kände fjädrarna i madrassen. Tråkig frukost med mest kakor och bakverk. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, fint poolområde.
