Great location in the old town, friendly staff and the room is very modern and clean. I will be definitely going back again

The room was okay and the balcony was big but it was winter so I couldn't really enjoy the balcony but the room and bathroom was more than ample only the tv didn't work or show programs and the toilet roll holder needs to be fix stronger to the wall. I would stay there again it's in a good location.

Spotless, great staff

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean, staff were nice but the room was very cold.

Room was nice although a bit cold without the extra blanket. The aircon unit acted as an effective heater. Staff were polite and helpful. The view was a pleasant street view with a glimpse of the sea between buildings. Top floor probably has a nice sea view. Breakfast was fine. Lots to eat and a good choice. Location was good. I would stay again.

Very clean and modern hotel

Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old town. A great base and location for exploring the surrounding area and less than a minute's walk to the beach and main promenade. The room and hotel was spotless and looked brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for what I needed with so many useful amenities. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Cristina was fabulous and I loved talking to her and learning about Spain and the Benidorm area. The breakfast was delicious too with and so much choice. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel nuovissimo, camere confortevoli, posizione a dir poco fantastica, a un passo dal mare e in pieno centro. Unica pecca il rumore delle donne delle pulizie la mattina presto, ci vorrebbe maggior attenzione.

El Hotel no está pensado para familias con niños pequeños. Las escaleras de entrada no tienen accesibilidad y hay que subir el carro por la escalera. Igualmente ocurre en el comedor que está en la planta -1 y el ascensor no llega hasta esta planta, con lo que hay que bajar el carro del bebe por la escalera. Otra problematica en un hotel de playa es no tener piscina. Es agradable venir de la arena y ducharte en la piscina y bañarte con agua dulce. La ubicación en la ciudad es perfecta. Muy cerca de la playa, muy cerca de las tiendas, aunque está en una calle pequeña. El menu de la pensión completa es un poco escaso pero 3€ por persona es una opción que no se puede rechazar.
