La localización es lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Estuvimos bien pero diría le falta un poco de mantenimiento ya que no parece que sea de 4 estrellas El parquing es muy estrecho y muy caro

No sirvió el aire y el calor infernal ! Pregunté en recepción ,que por qué no servía el aire acondicionado y me dijeron que llevaba dos días descompuesto !! Reclame y le dije que por qué no me dijeron eso cuando llegué y me contestó que no era su problema

Second time staying at this hotel and will be back again. It’s location is perfect for being right in the centre of Burgos, the rooms are large and cleaned every day, all the staff we met were very friendly couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Bath tub was an added bonus

Loved the location. Easy to see everything Burgos has to offer on foot from this historic hotel. Room was large and quiet. Furniture was old, some stains on the couch. As you can see from the pictures carpets were torn, lamps were broken and an electrical socket just fell apart.... So overall we paid too much for this hotel. Also, no coffee in the room. Coffee in the lobby needs to bought from a machine...

Great hotel, a few issues but nothing that would stop me from coming back.

Habitación muy amplia,limpia y cómoda, pero muy ruidosa, justo encima de la puerta del parking... no hubo manera de descansar por el ruido constante del motor de la puerta y del golpe que daba esta al cerrar. Tambien tenía el office al lado y supuso oir muchos ruidos.

Todo bien excepto los tiempos de espera para hacer check in y check out. Falta personal en recepción

Wow, what a wonderful surprise. Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the old city. Very convenient for the Cathedral all the lanes with bars restaurants and shops. And the hotel is designed and decorated in keeping with the history all around it. Lovely welcome and fantastic room. Underground parking too

Good hotel

A little tricky to drive to being in a pedestrian area but well worth the effort. We had an enormous bedroom with Seperate lounge and a Juliet balcony in each of them. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff andnice breakfast. Parking is under the hotel and quite tight if you have a large car. All in all, we lived it and would recommend it!

We have been travelling 4 times in Burgos and we stayed at this hotel twice the first time we had a room with two bed and a living room with sofa for our daughter we took sparking space for an extra 20 euros on first level it was ok but this time they give us a parking in the second floor , I stipulate we have a large car because we had a hard time to exit from their parking from last time it took my husband 15 minutes to go down but to exit it was impossible the curb to exit didn’t fit we had to used our break to not touch the wall and damage our car but by doing that we burned our tires the parking isn’t made for long break vehicle unsanity , then we where 3 only two big towel no pillows for the sofa bed to sleep no paper tissues and nothing on the bathroom like from we came last time a desastre very disappointed
