A good solid product- no frills. Staff are all charming and efficient

Breakfast and rooms good. Front desk staff pretty much incompetent, apathetic, and unhelpful except for shorter, older woman. She was good. If you go to the spa don’t go in the water as several men were doing inappropriate things in both pools. Disgusting!

Good location. Rooms are a bit run down. The main problem remains the price for this sort of standards. Let's be honest, it's all about gay marketing. All equivalent hotels in Torremolinos are normally a third of this price.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais il devrait y avoir un bon coup de rénovation le prix n’est pas équivalent au lieu et aux services. La propreté n’est pas au top également.

Honestly one of the best gay hotels ibhave ever stayed ever, from the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the spa! Everything was perfect! The only think i hope they fix is making the parking opening easier, like i had to get down from my car and do a whole thing everytime, also towels should be free for guests, just like the spa i didn't get the 8 euro charge but all of that is minimal compared to how amazing the hotel is!

Ritual is a great place to stay. This was my third time I’ve stayed there and can’t fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel in general is very clean. Location is very convenient for the town centre only 5-10 minutes walk. Only a few hundred metres from many bars, restaurants and clubs. Only downside is it can be hectic when they have events on. I was there during the mad bear festival, hotel was sold out and as a result the sunbeds and areas around both main pool and rooftop pool were so busy it was difficult to get any beds. Would still heavily recommend the hotel just avoid when big events are happening.

Very poor experience. I only stayed there one night and the reception staff were unfriendly and difficult to deal with. The internet didn't work and it took nearly 2 hours to get them to change me to a room in another area of the hotel where it was working, but then it stopped there again in the morning. Really terrible service - will never stay there again.

Bon séjour passée l’hôtel Ritual! Personnel sympathique, bon service clients. Les chambres commencent à être vétustes par endroits et mériteraient une rénovation. Point négatif : des hôtes mettent leur serviette à 9h30 tous les matins sur les transats autour de la piscine, sans y venir de la journée. Aucun transat dispo après 11 heures! Inadmissible!

O hotel não fica bem localizado como deixa imaginar. Isso porque para chegar à praia você precisa caminhar 10 min, e para voltar precisa subir muitas escadas e eu achava que ele tinha acesso direto à praia mas não tem. No mais, gostei do hotel e retornaria.

Prima hotel. Goed verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Verbeterpunt: wifi was slecht. Heel slecht. Dat hebben ze ook niet kunnen oplossen. Doordat er een deur zit tussen twee verschillende hotelkamers hoor je veel van elkaar. Gesprekken kon ik gewoon volgen.

Prima hotel voor lgbt. Hele relaxte sfeer. Zwembad was een beetje troebel, aankomst was een beetje onpersoonlijk. Kamer was goed. Zorg dat dat je punt voor de borg voor de handoeken

Veldig datert hotell. Var der sist i 2021, og lite hadde skjedd siden den gangen. Frokosten var av dårlig kvalitet, så valgte heller å kjøpe pålegg og juice selv på butikken og ta med rundstykker fra frokosten. Kjøkkenet på rommet har derimot absolutt ikke noe utstyr, feks vinopptrekker og noen glass og tallerkener. Noen dager var det litt kloakklukt og det er stor variasjon i service vennlighet på personalet, enten er de veldig lei og smågretne eller kjempehyggelige, ingen "Velkommen" eller feks en gratis drink i baren da vi fikk rommet nesten en time forsinket. Dette hotellet betaler man for livet ved barene, men det er dyrt i forhold til hva man får. Kortet til rommet/garasjen sluttet å virke flere dager uten at det hadde vært i nærheten av noe magnet. Kommer nok ikke tilbake igjen

El lugar LGTB+ de TM en donde hay que estar, el staff es extremandamente amable . Hacen todo por que estés agusto y si no cuentan con algo , buscan cómo ayudar

Great location. The cleaning crew was amazing. Some of the staff at the front desk may benefit from being friendlier and more welcoming.
