It still has backup power during the Spain power failure at the rooftop bar which is very helpful.

tayed 4 nights for a business trip Good Points: ✅ Excellent Location – Situated close to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business meetings. ✅ Friendly Staff – The team is welcoming, accommodating, and provides good service. ✅ Free Mini Bar – Includes sugar, coffee, and complimentary champagne, a thoughtful and appreciated perk. Areas for Improvement: ❌ Small Elevators – There are three elevators, but each only accommodates a maximum of four people, which can be inconvenient during busy hours. ❌ Crowded Rooftop Restaurant – The terrace restaurant is quite popular, making it difficult to secure a table at times. ❌ Limited Breakfast Options – The selection is basic and repetitive, with little variety from day to day. ❌ Aging Rooms & Facilities – Some equipment, like the fridge, doesn’t work, and there are very few power outlets, which can be inconvenient for business travelers needing to charge multiple devices. Overall, while the location and service are excellent, improvements in room facilities and dining options would enhance the experience, especially for business travelers.

很舊的酒店，只是出行方便而已。房間設施殘舊，除了第二天換過床單被套之外，其餘4天都沒有換，我女兒被房間裡的蟲咬到，腳上起了三個包。洗浴用品差劣，連著兩天沒有補給洗漱用品。不建議入住此酒店。完全不符合4星酒店的標準，只能勉強給3星的評分。

This is the second time I stayed at this property. The staff is amazing, they were extremely helpful. The had us in a room with a queen bed, the bed was quite small for a queen. I asked to be changed to a room with a king bed and they accommodated us immediately and moved our stuff for us. They upgraded us for no charge into a bigger room with a larger bed. Will stay at this property again in the future.

Carpet in the rooms needs to be upgraded. Shower grout could use deep cleaning.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was tidy but had a very strong patchouli/smoke smell. Great location.

Room was clean and simple. We had an interior room to the light alley. This unfortunately meant that all the noise (and it was considerable) from the Terrace was clearly heard in our room. If you wanted to sleep before midnight, bring ear plugs. The terrace over the weekend was open to anyone, which meant that if you tried to use it you had to go early (before 8). After that there was a line and a significant wait. No exclusive use for the hotel. There is a parking garage in the hotel at very reasonable rates and was a big plus if you have a car. There are no features in the room and no mini bar/snacks. There is a vending machine on floor E if you want anything. Location is very central on main shopping drag.

Great location, helpful staff, nice rooftop bar.

Complained about the room we got. You close the bathroom doors and you can still see your family member in shower. We got given a new room and that room was worse. Shower wall was complete glass which was wall in middle of room. Most stupid designed hotel room bathrooms I've ever seen. Won't return because of this

Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a very safe and walkable area. Would highly ex recommend this hotel.
