Great location, nice service, good value

酒店就在大教堂附近，顶层的露台景观十分好，但最贵的高级双人房却只能看到两侧的街道，如果景观开阔些就更好了。酒店设施不错，性价比较高。

Clean facility and helpful staffs! Have nothing to complain about. Would definitely come back to Toledo and stay in Hotel Santa Isabel AGAIN!

酒店距离著名的托莱多大教堂走路需两分钟，不仅位置极佳且酒店环境十分古朴典雅、干净舒适，酒店小楼的每一层公共休息区都有与之相称的古董陈设。我们从客房古风古韵的小窗户望去，就能看到近在咫尺的圣伊莎贝尔修道院。夜晚住在这具有历史感的古建筑群里，听着托莱多大教堂传来的悠悠钟声，仿佛时空发生了“错乱”，对这座古城平添了一份依依不舍之情。

非常讓人融入當地的住宿環境，即便自駕也不需擔心停車問題，鄰近景點散步皆可到達，早餐更是美味。 特別推薦，日出時前往頂樓可以看到非常美麗的景色。

到古城的時間很晚，也是旅行第一晚，但是老闆很熱心，也很親切，完全不會西班牙話英文也很普通的我們得到很好的照顧，房間很乾淨，飯店保存了中世紀建築及裝修，非常復古風格

A lovely boutique type hotel full of character and charm, only 5 mins walk from the cathedral. The location made our 3 day visit easy to manage and plan Very friendly staff with easy check in/out The roof top terrace is an added bonus, the staff even offered the use of good quality wine glasses to enable us to enjoy our vino along with the stunning view. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic hotel! We loved our room! Choose the larger room! Front desk was so helpful! Provided is wine glasses when we needed them! Roof top at night was gorgeous for views. Toledo is a lovely place with rich history. We stayed two nights. It was perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful- staff very attentive. Room was perfect for 1 person. Location was great - minutes away from cathedral.

I traveled to Toledo solo from Madrid and stayed for two nights in July. The city was hot, but having a room with a/c was a treat (and it worked really well, too). I was able to check-in in online before arriving, so when I arrived, I got my room very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a good deal for the price. stayed on the first floor with my window facing the small, narrow street, and I didn't hear any street noise. I walked everywhere from this location and was able to visit a number of sites, and also find time to return for an afternoon siesta and then find restaurant for dinner, before heading out for rooftop drink in the evening. In summer, having a helado (ice cream) around 10 or 11pm in a plaza to people-watch and feel the evening breeze was also a treat. I would stay here again for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly visit.

The location of the property was amazing. Everything was walking distance. It was a clean place with very helpful staff. The rooftop was AMAZING! You should definitely check it out in the evening.

Location is excellent in restored historic house; view fom the small roof terrace is 5 star. Rooms are functional and compact; there is no room fridge or kettle for tea coffee in room. Didn’t opt for the breakfast in small dining room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful reception team. Great location in the old town. The terrace on the roof has great views and is a must for photos! The hotel is stylish and has a beautiful sense of its history. Thoroughly recommend!

Excelente localização, dentro do centro histórico e com estacionamento, não confortável, mas devido ao local foi ótimo. Equipe muito prestativa apesar de café da manhã muito limitado, servido na mesa, foi razoável. Quarto muito pequeno, não havia espaço para abrir as bagagens, mas devido a localização foi aceitável.

Quaint little hotel that was clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of the old city, close to everything. Staff was super helpful and friendly. When I return this is where I'll stay again.

The staff were so helpful - I was a little early and had planned to leave my luggage but they allowed me into my room which had a cute little balcony. The rooftop terrace is such a peaceful spot to take in the amazing view of Toledo. It was especially lovely to watch the lights come on at dusk and also listen to the concert happening in town.

Inside an old building but modern bathroom and good air conditioning. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice. You can walk everywhere, it's inside the old city walls. Go for the rooftop terrasse. IT IS BREATHTAKING. You can see the cathedral from there. If it will be only for this and it's worth staying here.
