一進房間就聞到濃濃的煙味，而且之前住客用浴帽遮蓋住煙霧感知器卻未見酒店清潔員發現及拆除，此外陽台上還有之前住客留下的空啤酒罐。而我們家人住的另一房間有提供電熱水壺，當我詢問前檯是否能提供時，答案竟然是因為有些設備故障了，所以不是每個房間都提供，這也顯示了服務的不一致性。

地點好，坐巴士站下車走路就可以到達，本身是觀光巴士的第一站，飯店本身是景點，位置在最高點，旁邊就是皇宮，可以參觀一天，飯店有電梯，房間乾淨也很舒適.

復古的設計，房間空間大，比較舒適。早餐非常棒，很豐富！

飯店很有氣氛，設備很乾淨新穎。 感覺很棒，員工很友善，第二天很早還幫我們叫計程車。 建議上去的時候不要用爬的，還是搭個公車或計程車吧。 飯店內附的紀念品店有打九折但我沒去看。 訂房可以選有市景的房間，但其實就是背後的房子們還有陽台，不會有特別壯觀的景象。 如果是比較高價的房間就不知道了...

位于古城内。房间古朴典雅，门窗老式结构，开关窗门都是一种享受。有阳台，热水烫，暖气足，停车场近。性价比高。

The hotel is very well located at the top of the hill. Our room and terrace had an amazing view of the cathedral. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included a wide variety tasty choices. If we ever come back to Toledo this is where we’d stay.

Buena ubicación, staff muy amable, el desayuno muy variado. Excelente opción para quedarse en Toledo.

Fue el mejor hotel en que me quede en España, limpio, ubicadísimo, excelente habitación, vista increible, limpio.

A very friendly staff pointed out sights of interest after assigning us a room. The hotel is nicely situated near Plaza Zocodover and overall is very good, though the showers, typical of Spain, aren't fully enclosed. Water rained on us from the ceiling one morning, occupants of the room directly above creating a flood.

Toledo was a highlight of our trip and the hotel was in the perfect place in the city. The staff were as helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. I was expecting a room with a view, but didn’t get it. The room was comfortable and nicely kept.

No domingo, o meu marido e eu chegamos tarde ao hotel e, para ainda conseguirmos jantar, saimos logo do quarto, sem vermos que faltavam condições que consideramos essenciais. Gostamos ambos de ler antes de dormir e só havia um candeeiro de leitura. É básico um quarto ter 2 mesas de cabeceira e só tinhamos uma. É importante para pousar o livro, os óculos, o telemóvel, até um copo de água... Para carregarmos os 2 telemóveis tivemos de desligar um candeeiro e deixar o telemóvel longe da cama. Tentei ver um programa de televisão. Num hotel que se diz de 4 estrelas, considero inadmissível não ter um canal de informação internacional, tal como Euronews, BBC ou CNN. Só tinha canais espanhois que eu entendo mal. Os filmes interessantes eram dobrados em castelhano, que eu não percebo. Na receção pedimos a password para aceder ao Wi-Fi, e deram-nos informação incompleta.Quis um chá e a chávena estava mal lavada, tinha açúcar no fundo. Junto à cabine de duche não há cabide ou varão para a toalha de banho, tive de a pousar sobre o WC, o que não é higiénico. Claro que dormi mal. Sem luz de cabeceira, não conseguia ver onde estavam os meus sapatos e tinha de andar com os pés em cima de um pavimento muito frio, considerando que á noite estavam 12 graus. Um tapete, por pequeno que seja, é um conforto basico. Coloquei o meu necessaire de toilette na prateleira por baixo do lavatório e de manhã estava encharcado porque caia água de cima. E, creio que atingi o limite de palavras.
