Very good breakfast and superb location

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Lit XXL très confortable. Baignoire. Petit frigo dans la chambre. Parking sous l'hôtel. Emplacement top.

The hotel could never be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, the safe barely works. The soap and shampoo are extremely basic. The linens don’t go with the size of the bed. And the staff is not helpful at all

Great value, centrally located, very nice rooms, and a breakfast to “die for” I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel again, but I will look to see if the hotel chain operates in other cities I plan to visit in the future. Very happy with my choice and highly recommend it to others.

El personal y la habitación bien, la ubicación excelente lo único que cuando llegamos por la noche no nos habían dejado nada más que una toalla y la cama no estába bien hecha

We used this hotel for a layover and we are glad we did. It was clean secure. Parking was a major plus for us. The room was a nice size room separate water closet from bathroom for the short time we were there. We really enjoyed the hotel. What we can’t say enough about is the restaurant Lily. We rolled in at 5:30 and they opened at seven, which was perfect. We were able to shower. Get a change of clothes after driving 10 hours that day. Staff at Lil was a little cold at first, but warmed up to us, helped us with the menu and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food as good as any place we’ve eaten in Paris. The next morning we had a go with the breakfast bar, which was fantastic for a 14 hour stay we enjoyed so much food. It should probably be a sin. We thank the staff of the hotel end of the restaurant and if fate ever brings us back into Orleans, this is exactly where we’ll stay. Merry Christmas to all.

Odada terlik yoktu. En azından içme suları ücretsiz yapılabilirdi. Temizlik iyi değildi. Kahvaltı çok vasattı ve tabak bardaklar temiz değildi. Tek iyi yanı merkezi olmasıydı. Oteldeki katlara gelince ekşi bir koku geliyor sanırım yer kaplaması sebebi ile.

During autumn, there was no air-conditioning only heater. The room was very hot because there’s no cross ventilation, even if you open the windows. And it was very noisy having the windows opened if you’re facing the street…. couldn’t sleep specially after a long flight.

La habitación estaba adecuada y cómoda lo único que el hotel no permite usar aire acondicionado independientemente la temperatura esté caliente ya que la gerencia controla los termostatos y control de los aires. Una vez llega el mes de noviembre cambian el modo de A/C a calefacción.
