Es hat unserer Gruppe im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist alles im Radius von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl vom frischgepressten Orangesnsaft bis zum sehr leckeren Seranoschinken, Müsli usw.

Hotel is in a great, quiet location, within walking distance to train station, Metro, Old Town, shops etc. El Corte Ingles store is a 2 minute walk away.
There is a wide choice of cafes / restaurants near the hotel.
The hotel has almost 100 rooms, yet the breakfast dining room only has tables / seating capacity for around 50 guests. This is very strange and did on occasions mean that people had to sit in a “waiting area” and the hotel would suggest what time I should take breakfast to ensure seating, this was ignored! There is space to put more tables and chairs, so why isn’t it done?
Overall it is a good, clean, quiet hotel, recommended

We had a most pleasant stay in Hotel Sercotel Coliseo. We shared a triple room which was spacious, quiet and comfortable and very clean. It housed a mini fridge which contained bottled water and nibbles. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a great selection of both cooked and continental food. A lovely sun terrace was available for guest use which had comfortable seating, soft lighting in the evening and heaters if required. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is well situated less than 10minute walk from city centre. I would happily stay there again.

Bastante confortável. Excelente localização, com fácil acesso a pé ao centro histórico, museo Guggenheim, outros pontos turísticos, bares, restaurantes. Estacionamento "Instituto" praticamente em frente ao hotel, disponibilizam um combo de 3 diárias por 49 euros.

I’ve at the Coliseo on several and always found them to provide excellent service. Sadly this year that was not the case:
A number of options on the room service were not available. We asked if it was possible to have an omelette as we had a vegetarian in the party and they had no vegetarian options left on the menu and we were told they couldn’t do it.
The sleeping area in room 227 is separated from the bathroom by 4 steps. Not only aren’t the end of the steps not highlighted but more importantly the night safety lights to illuminate the steps weren’t working, making a trip to the bathroom very dangerous.
Please pull your socks up Sercotel Coliseo this falls far short of the service I’ve come to expect from you.
