Breakfast was fresh and delicious

Hotel gradevole, con un accoglienza abbastanza calorosa e accogliente, ma con alcuni problemi una volta raggiunta la zona notte. La stanza davvero troppo piccola per due persone, e poco gradevole essere attaccati ad un altro edificio i cui abitanti basta che guardino dalla finestra per vedere dentro la stanza. Finiture in stanza poco curate, specialmente nella doccia che nonostante le guaine siano presenti si allaga il bagno con ogni utilizzo. Infine, muri poco insonorizzati, si sente facilmente il vicino di stanza. Colazione ampia e gradevole, specialmente la parte dolce – meno quella salata. Collocazione sicuramente molto comoda per raggiungere sia il centro più interno, con le principali attrazioni turistiche e commerciali, oltre che la parte di Barceloneta per chi ama la spiaggia e il mare.

It was really pleasant, my mom and I had an amazing stay. Everyone at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. It is also well located.

This property is well-situated in a convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Friendly staff- breakfast was so amazing- room was a little noisy coming from the party from across the street. Clean but could be better. TV at this time was not working but we didn't know until the maintenance worked knocked and let him self in our room with his keys. That was weird even though he was Friendly. Luckily my wife and i was just sitting on the bed with our clothes on and nothing yet was going down. 🙃 all and all i will stay in this hotel again because the workers are the best and breakfast was 👏 amazing.

El servicio bueno, el personal servicial, atento y amable. La recepción horrible (muebles viejos y sucios). El salón para el desayuno muy incómodo y pequeño. El desayuno exquisito. Los alrededores sucios y feos.

La localización es excelente, cerca a la estación del tren. Muy limpio el hotel. Los empleados fueron muy amables. Lo único que no nos agradó fue el ruido que se escuchaba en todo momento. Mi cuarto estaba localizado en el piso 1 y todo lo que ocurría en el piso principal se escuchaba y en ocasiones el ruido nos despertaba.

The reception staff were friendly and vey helpful. The rest of the staff were equally helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very nice. If we were on a long get stay we would have eaten there. The hotel is central to all the historical sites. The metro was easy to use. We will definitely be returning!

Güzel merkezi bir otel

The air conditioning was very poor, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. I went to the service desk several times and no one was there. Asked for ice and they had to let me use a bowl from the dining room. They had nothing to put it in. When I did talk to the front desk they were very nice and helped us with directions several times. Elevators were extremely small. Had to take our luggage up in separate trips.

Really nice place to stay, definitely coming back.

Beautiful hotel. It was a very small room, but we only used it to sleep. The bed was firm but still very comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The employees are helpful and gracious the breakfast buffet was stunning. I can’t say enough about the hotel

The place is very nice with a very good location, Close to subway and train stations. The service eas excellent (the best with Diego and Daniel at the front desk) Big opportunity is the air conditioner which was not working and because of the high temperatures is highly required
