everything is good

Great atmosphere and silence. Only one point is shower room is not separated well from the rest. so our case the water was leaked to outside.. but overall, perfect and great place. We are happy to come back.

Good location and breakfast

We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel

Beautiful location away from busy town but front line view of mountain. The servers at bar and restaurant area very nice. Drawbacks- no explanation of anything at check in. Hotel details do not mention a fee for sauna yet they said we had to pay 25e per person - not good.

La verdad que las fotos del hotel están algo retocadas, sobretodo las de la piscina, está bastante más trillada de lo que se muestra, además es compartida con el Camping colindante (aspecto quizás a indicar en el anuncio). Un día no nos limpiaron la habitación cuando acaban de pasar, les comentamos que ya le dejábamos libre y en vez de aprovechar (estaban ahí mismo) nos dijeron de poner el cartel de “Límpiese por favor” cosa que hicimos y a la vuelta de la jornada nada, decían que habían puesto el “No molestar” ¡cuando habíamos pedido por explicito limpiarla! Otros días no nos dejaban todas las toallas, tuvimos que pedirla en dos ocasiones. Pero lo que más no llevará a no volver a ir, es la política de mascotas, TODAS tiene un coste de 25€ (incluso la nuestra de 20 cm y 2 kg) nunca hemos pagado esa cantidad, por un perro tan pequeño, añadiendo que no permiten dejarla en la habitación, cosa que nos IMPOSIBILITABA hacer el uso de cafetería y/o restaurante, para cualquier comida, solo tenían una terraza (muy bonita la verdad) pero que como llovió varios días, tampoco era una posibilidad. La verdad que la habitación está bien y el baño igual, pero eso de que se anuncie como mascotas permitidas, es solo eso, que se permite que duerman solo contigo, y nada más, eso a mi modo de ver, se lo tienen que mirar y quizás revisar, para casos de pequeñas mascotas al menos.

Centrally located and clean hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the superior room with a/c was still warm and uncomfortable.

Isolation phonique d’une autre époque !!!!

Es un hotel correcto que cumple con lo básico, pero definitivamente no alcanza los estándares que uno esperaría de un 4 estrellas. La relación calidad-precio no está justificada, especialmente considerando las deficiencias en el aislamiento y las vistas. Recomendaría ajustar las expectativas o buscar alternativas en la misma categoría de precio.

Hotel al que se le nota en demasia el paso del tiempo, con mucho lo mejor el personal

Good stay here for two days, in a room with a balcony / yard area which was useful as we had our dog. Hotel is dog tolerant as opposed to dog friendly. Room was fine but not very well sound proofed. Clean and had all that we needed for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very good and dinner in their restaurant was very nice too. Fab location as near plenty of excellent walking routes

Not only was this the best location for access to Ordesa and Mount Perdido National Park, the hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for fueling up for days of hiking in the park. The view from our windows was incredible, and the room and bed were comfortable.

La situación es perfecta para realizar desde el hotel numerosas actividades de montaña. Fácil aparcamiento con un restaurante muy bueno con productos de la zona.

Buen comedor y personal

Das Hotel war telefonisch sehr schlecht erreichbar, nämlich gar nicht. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war das Frühstücksbuffet eher unausgewogen. Lebensmittel zu zuckerhaltig.

We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring.

We love the comfortable room, delicious food at hotel' cafe and restaurant, and wish we would have time to use swimming pool.

Le cadre, l'accueil sont très bien La chambre propre mais vieillotte La terrasse... enfoncée en contre bas du parking du camping franchement c'est bof Le stationnement difficile il n'y a pas assez de place pour tout le monde Bref bien placé, chambre correcte mais sans plus ni charme....cher pour ce que c'est
