Comenzando con el personal que es súper agradable.Luego las habitaciones del hotel excelente, con todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Las camas cómodas. Limpieza 100%. En 7-10 min caminando ya estás en el centro de Toledo.
Las ventanas muy lindas pero dejan entrar mucho ruido de la calle.

The reception was a big help to us. I forgot to ask his name. He can speak English very well and very very kind. He helped us park the car when we had trouble parking car and provided hot water for us. The location is very good The only problem is there is no elevator in the hotel. But beside this, everything is perfect.

Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days .

The entire process ... location, staff, accommodation ... was superior and more than expected. It is in a dead end with only 3 metered parking spaces, but, having arrived late afternoon, we were fortunate to find a space and pay for the few remaining hours prior to 8 pm after which there was no fee until late the next morning. We did not need the car since we could walk virtually everywhere in this lovely city. Only wish we had had more days to spend in Toledo.
