Lovely and clean, spacious room for myself and teenage daughter, with small balcony for hanging towels. Polite and helpful receptionists, hire of bikes really easy. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a good place to stay for a short break. Would not stay beyond a week as little to do here

Tämä oli toinen kerta kun yövymme Hotel Traiñassa. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja siellä on äärimmäisen ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen on yksi parhaista Espanjassa saamistamme.

Clean and comfortable, good location, great value. The best part are the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly caring and welcoming. I’d recommend this hotel!

Leilighet var veldig dålig utstyrt.. Beskrivelse på nettside stemmer ikke. Var hverken kaffetrakter eller vannkoker i leiligheten. Mangelfullt også, om du ønsker å lage mat selv. Rengjøring daglig, men ikke 100%. Nettsiden sier de har dyner!! Det har dem ikke! Personalet ellers på hotellet var veldig behjelpelige å hyggelige. Frokost var greit, men ingen variasjon.. Blir nok ett annet hotell for oss neste gang.

Dostaliśmy duży pokój z dużym tarasem z widokiem na morze. Na dachu basen z widokiem na morze. Bardzo dobre śniadania i miła obsluga

This hotel has he best and nicest staff that we’ve ever encountered! The breakfast and the penthouse terrace were fantastic as well as the room with a fabulous bed and aircon. We highly recommend this hotel when in Lo Pagán.

The stay was very good , hotel was quite , due to the time of the year. Very helpful with local information that i needed in connection with my business trip. choice of breakfast food was good. rooms clean .

Lo mejor, el buffet. El arroz con leche, buenisimo, exquisito, un 10. Las camas duras y los almohadones muy finos. La ventana no cerraba bien.

Disappointing. Breakfast AWFUL. Breakfast room dreadful, conference room. You have the potential to have breakfast on the roof in a covered area with a view … why not use it? Breakfast waiter - miserable! Hot food was cold and greasy. Choice was limited. Hotel foyer and corridors pleasant. Hotel room very dated. Terrace awful (bearing in mind you pay extra). Terrace should have parasol and loungers as minimum and safety glass in between terraces should not be cracked - this gave an unkept appearance. On the one and only plus side, Reception staff were pleasant and (American/Canadian night porter was a delight!).
