Bon accueil, personnel sympathique cherche a nous comprendre,a aider. Ce qui est moins bien,manque de produits frais pour le petit déjeuner. Pour le reste des repas je mangeais a l'extérieur. Le bâtiment est propre mais vétuste

The Room we were allocated( 210) was not fit for purpose! Air Con unit leaking, cracked tiles on floor, bed leg collapsed, no cover plate on light switch to bathroom, light switch to bedroom sparked when turned on. The safe had been shut by someone, probably previos occupants of room and despite reporting this to reception, nothing was done to rectify it! We spent our entire hollday having to go out with all our money and passports, not acceptable. The Hotel was advertised as having a pool, hairdryer and a fridge in the room, bar and restaurant,but none of these facilities were in place. We were( after complaining) moved to another room(206) which was better. I have already been in touch with my Solicitor who is a good friend of mine and I will decide where we go from here depending on your response. I am looking to receive compensation in the form of a full refund. I await your comments

The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again.

I arrived from Alicante by bus and the bus stop is directly across the street so I did not need to carry luggage far. The hotel is a short walk from the beach but it is not a tourist area so there are no loud parties in the evening. During the day there is traffic noise but not at night. Both Aldi and Lidl are nearby, a short walk. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was not modern but it was clean and there was a lot of hot water for the shower. I have started here twice and would stay here again.

Ante todo, dar las gracias a la recepcionista por su agradable acogimiento. El ruido del compresor de la neverita arrancaba cada poco tiempo, irrumpiendo mi descanso, No pude desenchufarla porque el enchufe no estaba a mi alcance, cierto es que podría haber avisado a recepción, pero al no haber teléfono en la habitación, me tendría que haber vestido para bajar a avisar, eran las 3 de la mañana y no estaba por la labor. Las toallas de las que disponen (2 de lavabo y una para los pies) son de un tamaño bastante escaso para secarse en cuerpo de un adulto, si dejas una para la cabeza, quedándote sin ninguna para el lavabo y la otra para el cuerpo. El dispensador de jabón de manos no funcionaba. De hecho me fui del hotel al día siguiente, teniendo pagado el finde completo, sin que nadie se preocupase del motivo de mi ida, una pena.

Personnel agréable et chaleureux. Un peu frisquet dans la salle des repas(matin et soir de janvier). Comme on par chez nous "on en a pour son argent".prix très attractif donc ne vous attendez pas à du 5*. Dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour et des efforts qu'a fait le personnel Pour se faire comprendre(notre première visite en espagne)

Nice inexpensive hotel. Short walk to centre and pristine beach. Close to bars cafes and shops. Really impressive air con in rooms. Nice sunbathing area with small pool.

The most disgusting filthy place I have ever stay in. The horrible aggressive person on reception is rude and arrogant, no please no thank you,just .the one word questions. He should be removed from reception and taught customer service,a smile costs nothing,and manners are important.

The person on reception when we checked in just gave us the impression he couldn't be bothered. The lift was broken. The room was very small and very tired, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We went half bard and there was a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. The food was basically thrown onto the plate and not very nice. At breakfast there was no juice or water. There was hardly any bread to make toast and nothing to put on the toast except jam and butter. There was one man on reception later on the day who was much nicer but was doing reception, the bar and serving the food.

Skittent rom med mugg på badet. Rett ut i ventilsjakt. Veldig fuktig og ikke rent. Mye støy og null hjelp å hatt to. Dessverre ikke noe positivt å si om hotellet.
