The staff were very friendly especially the man on the front desk.

The location of the hotel was great. We didn’t had any noise at night and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our shower was leaking so the offered us another room - an upgrade to a bigger room which was nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel in San Antonio

My partner and I have stayed at Hotel Tropical twice now for short 2-night stays in Ibiza, and honestly, I don’t think we’d choose anywhere else. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the rooms are modern, super clean, and excellent value for money – exactly what you need for a comfortable place to lay your head after partying. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, the staff are friendly, and they even provide a shower room you can use if you have a late departure, which is a great touch. Overall, it’s a reliable, great-value option in Ibiza, and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

We didnt see towels available at the pool. That would be only thing that could be offered at hotel for guests.

Spent 3 nights here with friends. We arrived earlier than check-in, but were allowed to use the pool facilities and take towels until our rooms were ready. Plenty of sunbeds poolside and food/drink relatively cheap.The rooms were very clean/tidy. Cleaners were in daily. Very helpful at reception with any queries and leaving our bags in the locked travel case room. Good location to walk into the centre, with shops nearby. Overall we were pleasantly surprised, as some of the photos didn't do it justice. I would stay here again.

Great hotel

Fantastic location with friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the pool area — complete with a bar and kitchen — was a great spot to relax. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Ótima localização. Estávamos de carro e conseguimos estacionamentos grátis bem próximo do hotel. O café da manhã e o jantar incluídos no valor da diária ajudou muito em tempos de euro valorizado em relação ao real. Quarto confortável com vista interna. Funcionários muito atenciosos. A piscina é ótima mas academia precisa de revitalização urgente!

Lovely!

More of a 2 star than a 2. The lobby, stairs etc are very dated and drab and it stank of weed but when you walk into the room, it’s like waking into another hotel. Really clean and modern. The staff on the desk are lovely and really helpful when booking taxis etc. breakfast was poor. Hardly any choice, sausages were pink, everything luke warn, better off going out for breakfast. The pool is accross the road which I was worried about but it wasn’t that bad. The pool itself is clean and tidy. If you want food and snacks in the pool bar though you have to sit at the table and chairs and can’t take it back to your lounger which was weird? Ok to sleep if you’re going on a party holiday but not somewhere I’d ever take my children.

The room fit the bill and had really good air con that meant the room was still cool to come back to when you’d been out for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, bed comfy and a modern bathroom that felt really clean. A good base!

Great location, great value. Rooms were well decorated and in good condition. Breakfast had a good selection each morning. Pool was across the road but not too much of an inconvenience, though it did get really busy and was completely full with no beds to spare on 1 day. Overall really impressed and would definitely stay again.

Strutturale un po’ datata ma con tutto quello che serve per una buona vacanza. Ottima la pulizia e la zona piscina. Unica pecca la difficoltà nel trovare un parcheggio, anche in zona blu dove si può lasciare per max 2 ore
