Room comfortable for 2 nights B&B. Breakfast OK and very good location for access to Arenal Beach. Could have done with a kettle, tea and coffee.

Room spotless and staff really really fabulous Only thing you pay €7 a night to park which I thought was a added extra 🙄but a great hotel for the money

Hotel muy antiguo, mantenimiento y limpieza mala, no por las camareras de piso si no por falta de ellas, plantilla escasa, colchón y almohadas incómodas. Falta de personal en comedor, calidad de la comida muy baja.

We had a room with 2 single beds. They were not much larger than children's beds and extremely uncomfortable. My feet were at least 6 inches over the end all night and barely room to roll over. Cheap but not cheerful! Brekfast mediocre at best.

Reception staff let numerous existing guests cut in front of us on check-in with no regard for us. We have stayed in 3 stars far exceeding the bedroom / bathroom quality. No facilities at at all in the room. Breakfast was an experience. No tables pre set, never found a tea spoon. Machine coffee absolutely awful. Staff blanked you at every opportunity. Shockingly bad service. When we asked for assistance booking a taxi at reception as we don't speak Spanish we were told no and handed cards to call ourselves. We checked out after 2 of 4 nights (fully paid). A different receptionist literally scoffed at us and threw the key back into its slot when i said we would prefer to stay somewhere else. She didn't remotely care. Beds were very uncomfortable, towels were so old and worn they hurt. I have never complained about a hotel no matter what star. This had to be said.

I stayed at Villa Naranjos for 4 days for a family occasion. It was a great location on The Arenal Beach and I could walk to the port along the coast road. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were great. My room had views of both the sea and Montgo. It was clean and well equipped with a private bathroom. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it as a base for the area.

Checkin staff were rude. The room was nice but overlooking a messy waste ground. Breakfast was absolutely awful. Cold food swimming in grease. There are much better hotels in the area

The view is fantastic, so is the food. We like to have more electricity points for our devices.

Everything you expect from a no frills hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly, and breakfast more than adequate

Great location with sea and Mountain View. Friendly staff. The only improvement I could suggest is more fruit/vegetarian options for breakfast.

La comida fatal,ademas a la carrera,el horario de cenas es hasta las 22.30h y a las 22.35h recojen todo el bufett y di has llegado 10 minutis antes,no toenes tiempo de cojer nada y te quedas sin poder cenar,cuando lo correcto y la obligación del establecimiento es dejar el bufett hasta media hora desde el horario de entrada,que en este caso es hadta las 22.30h por lo tanto hasta las 23h no deben de recoger,ademas la comida es de muy mala calidad.

Good location nice staff Breakfast excellent quality and choice €1.60 for a glass of wine in bar!! Good wifi speed

Me gustó mucho.

Well the hotel was old, The rooms are ok , clean but not more than 2 stars. walls done of paper. could hear our neighbors a bit too well. It needs updating. Location is perfect, lots of restaurantes and bars. Parking but quite full, still plenty close by. Reception pleasant and helpful. Quick Check in. Price/quality just a bit over. Would comeback!

Hotel is a bit tired and needs some updating. Rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very basic but there was a serious issue with the cleanliness of the plates, bowls, cups, etc. The hotel really needs to review the cleaning process in the kitchen.
