I love this hotel. I've stayed here a few times, everything is fantastic. Staff is wonderful. I like the location too. It's a little bit out of the city center but I can get to everything I need within 15-20 minutes

I stayed in this brand in Valencia in May,very good. So this time I stay this Vincci in Barcelona. I checked out at Nov 3rd,the frontdesk staffs are very friendly. The room is very clean,breakfast is really good. I will give them 5 stars,the breakfast frontdesk is very kind,but the breakfast service,I give 3.5-4 stars.

Staff was a bit sceptic of me for some reason i cant really explain it any other way than they didnt appreciate my profile i barely got eye contact. In the restaurant when i asked for stuff it felt like i was a burden and i was often met with suspicion wheni was waiting inthe bar as i fi was going to steal something. simply because of my appearance and clothing. The air on the side of the building i slept was pretty bad so i wouldnt recommend it for anyone iwth asthma og allergies. I stayed here a lot in the past in a period probably about 6-8 years ago. i wont be coming back i love the location etc but its not worth it i think. And i dont appreciate being profiled by staff.....

The room was nice and clean. The staff was good and friendly. The last day there was loads of noises in the room above us. Sounds like they were renovating some rooms and we couldn't relax. There was a strong smell of paint and silicone coming from our vent. So we asked to be move. The new room we couldn't relax in the morning as well because of the noises.
I used that hotel 16 years ago and i specifically picked that hotel to bring back good memories but it wasn't the case.
Maybe they should consider their customers before doing any renovations inside the hotel.
