酒店位置，服务都很好，只是车库空间稍微有点儿小，如果车子大其实可以停在侧面球场的路边。对面的餐馆也不错。

O atendimento é muito impessoal, não informa sobre melhores lugares para estacionar o carro, o café da manhã deixa a desejar, não repetiria a viagem, pessimo lugar para parar carro

Bom tamanho do quarto. Quanto ao estacionamento, bastante inconveniente ter que descer do carro para tocar a campainha para a abertura do portão, pegamos dias de chuva, onde essa situação se agrava.

Horroroso

We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, we found that the bunk bed in the room was broken, and the room (which was on the second floor) had a very strong and unpleasant smell. This was quite shocking, especially the odor coming from the bathroom. Because the bunk bed was broken, the staff kindly offered us another room. This new room was much better: it was clean and had one double bed and two single beds. The only downside was that access to this room was only by stairs, as there was no elevator for that floor. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, if the room had not been changed due to the broken bed, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed the strong bathroom smell in the original room.

Our room was for 4 people, with twin beds in the bedroom and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge area. The beds were all comfy and the room was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed and was good value for money.

Hotel was lovely and the junior suite was perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was clean and spotless. Hotel restaurant has a limited menu for children, so if you're after chicken nuggets for example, you need to book as half board or full board, as that's a different menu! It was about an hour's bicycle ride to the centre from the hotel and 20 mins in taxi :)

Leider zählt dieses Hotel zu den enttäuschendsten Unterkünften, in denen wir schon übernachtet haben. Hauptgrund ist das deutlich überalterte und abgewohnte Zimmer, das mit einem Preis von über 180 € pro Nacht keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard entspricht – eher einem einfachen 2-Sterne-Niveau. Der Fußboden ist stark abgenutzt und weist mehrere Stolperstellen auf. Zahlreiche unschöne Spalten, etwa oberhalb des Bettes, die nicht winddichte Terrassentür und ein Dachfenster, das sich nicht richtig schließen lässt, tragen zusätzlich zu einem schlechten Gesamteindruck bei. Die Klimaanlage ist veraltet und lässt sich kaum regulieren. Das Bett verfügt lediglich über ein dünnes Leinentuch als Decke. Zudem ist das Zimmer völlig unzureichend schallisoliert – Straßenlärm und Geräusche anderer Gäste sind selbst im 11. Stock deutlich hörbar. Auch die Möbel wirken alt und abgenutzt. Das WC-Papier wird äußerst sparsam bemessen, was ebenfalls keinen guten Eindruck hinterlässt. Das Hotel liegt rund 45 Busminuten vom touristischen Zentrum Sevillas entfernt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das saubere Zimmer, das ordentliche Frühstücksbuffet und das freundliche Personal – allerdings sind dies Aspekte, die man in dieser Preisklasse ohnehin erwarten darf. Das Personal kam uns im Preis etwas entgegen, was wir sehr schätzen und das Hotel ist ansonsten gut eben einfach nur sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

The room was in desperate need of updating. The aircon was sufficient. The bathroom was very dated. The underground car park was a bonus.

Food at breakfast marginal, location far from river, 30 minutes to get to river. Rooms ok.

We only stayed here one night and it was beautiful! Everything was working, no bad smells, comfortable beds and the staff was courteous and friendly. I left my purse in the dining area. I went back a few minutes later and they had saved my bag. Overall, I’d definitely go back for a longer stay!
