Hotel no tan moderno pero que tiene lo necesario para la estancia en Santiago, es limpio, accesible a la estación de metro y autobús a pie, 10 minutos así como caso histórico, la cama necesita renovación. Personal atento.

My flight with Vueling was cancelled on the day (July 30) I was flying out and on the day I was going to check in to Hotel Windsor. I called the hotel for a refund or to change the room to another night and there was no attempt to give me a good price to stay the night for the following time I could fly out (August 2), which was much more expensive. The receptionist couldn't have been less interested in finding a solution for me. It's not the hotel's fault that my flight was cancelled but the attitude of the staff was completely indifferent. They couldn't have cared less. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Santiago do Compostela. What a shame!

Nice and clean hotel. Good location between the Cathedral and the train,bus station. Three grocery stores and many cafės nearby. Staff very helpful.

I was wonder that this hotel is 2 STAAR according to reviews. In my opinion is more than 2. Rooms very clean enough space. Great location. Breakfast only 5. Elevator a big plus. People very helpful. I was planning stay 2 nights and I ended with 3 nights. If they will add better amenities like good shampoo and water will be more than 3 STAARS

Buena situación, buena relación calidad precio

Muy centrico, con estación de tres/bus a 10 minutos y centro antiguo a misma distancia. Hotel básico pero con lo necesario para una buena estancia. Personal muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable.

Grear location

Very basic rooms, but comfortable. We did not like the choice of the shower glass door. Only covers half of the length of the shower place and it is hard not to make a mess by spilling water out of the tub area.

Localização boa, mas pode haver barulho da calçada; falta geladeira no quarto; falta barras de segurança no banheiro/banheira; falta travesseiro reserva; equipe atenciosa sem exageros.

É um hotel 2 estrelas , falta uma geladeira no quarto , mas a localização é boa , o atendimento está bom , limpeza boa e silêncio .

La habitación cómoda con una buena bañera, y la atención excelente 10 / 10, en todo en centro de la ciudad cerca de todo, a 10 minutos caminando tiene el casco antiguo, la catedral, la terminal de trenes.

The room was nice, the view was not the pleasant to the eye. The shower pressure was great and the bed was nice.
