晚上洗澡到一半突然無預警的停電+停水，確認同行的朋友也發生同樣的情形。但打開門走廊上的照明都正常，電話通知櫃台人員處理，約10分鐘後才恢復正常。

This hotel is nothing fancy but pretty clean, well-managed, and quiet. Front desk all speak English and are helpful. Metro station, supermarket and cafe are just around the corner. But the hotel is not closed to anything. Free wifi is really slow to almost nothing. If the wifi quality is improved, I'd like to stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a shirt stay in a good area of Madrid. My only quibble was the design if the bathroom- nowhere to hang anything (clothes, sponge etc) & the shower screen was much too small so there was always a puddle on the floor

The walls are really thin. The bathroom is a little odd in the sense that the shower doesn’t have a door or any type of closure, so it’s easy to get water all over the floor. The bed doesn’t come with a comforter so maybe bring your own blanket. The staff and service are absolutely wonderful. They have different kinds of pillows to accommodate your sleeping style, the housekeepers and front desk are very kind and helpful. Great wi-fi. And the location is freakin perfect

Mi experiencia general fue buena, pero terminé muy decepcionada. La atención en recepción fue amable, el proceso de check-in correcto y la habitación estaba en buen estado. Me hospedé por dos noches. Sin embargo, olvidé un vestido en el armario —algo que sé con certeza, ya que pedí una plancha para él, lo colgué para que no se arrugara y al final no lo usé. Llamé al hotel poco después de mi salida para pedir que me lo enviaran por correo, y me dijeron que las chicas de limpieza “no lo encontraron”. Esto me parece muy poco profesional y poco ético. Que algo desaparezca de una habitación tras la salida de un huésped, sabiendo con seguridad que fue dejado allí, habla muy mal del manejo interno del hotel. Me fui con una sensación de desconfianza que opaca todo lo positivo. Una verdadera lástima.
