La Rocona is a lovely property in a great location. We stayed in a standard room in the main building, what seems to be an old masia. The lobby is beautiful as is the adjacent terrace that houses the restaurant. The beach is a 2 minute walk.
Staff was welcoming and pleasant, room was clean and comfortable, though a bit noisy because of the acoustics of the lobby. The downside is the poor engineering in the bathroom. The floor of the shower is badly constructed and the water will flow right across the bathroom and into the bedroom. Really poorly designed. Also, the WiFi is very slow, but we were there for the beach, not the WiFi!
We had a great lunch in the restaurant, the food was excellent as was the service. I highly recommend the Racona and next time we will ask for a different room!

Small wonderfull hotel. One hundred meters from the sea (rocky beach). Peaceful environment, taxi to town 10 euros. If you want peace and trancuillity in Denia, Racona is perfect.

Resort like hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Decent clean room entirely white with a balcony/patio with sun-chairs. Big warm pool. Decent restaurant with moderate pricing. The place has an eternal fight against leafs, pine needles and dove droppings. 50 meter from the sea and a good restaurant.

Stayed here for my Aunt's 90th birthday celebrations, She lives in Denia and the birthday lunch was held in the hotel.
Hotel is lovely, quiet and chilled, great vybe, very clean and nice rooms.
Staff were very helpful.
Great position minutes from sea and you can walk into Denia
