La habitación limpia y cómoda. La atención de todos muy buena. Desgraciadamente la habitación daba a la piscina y no fue posible descansar en horas de siesta ni por la noche, demasiado ruido.

Le s chambres et l hotel sont tres bien et tout est propre. Par contre tres mal organisé pour les repas, file attente longue, ce n est pas digne d un 4 étoiles.

Poor quality, lots of NOs, insufficient organization, long lines at the buffet. Very few food options. Sorry

Excellent food, personnel very kind and ready to help, but the rooms and the overall hotel interior should be much cleaner and the rooms and beds a bit bigger. The hotel is rather noisy, especially if the view is on the pool area, the noise lasts till midnight and I don't recommend these rooms to elderly people or families with small kids.

Au premier abord, nous étions agréablement, surpris par l’hôtel. Mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, La chambre était sale, il y avait des traces de chaussures dans la salle de bain, des cheveux dans le lit, De la poussière par terre….. Et quand nous sommes arrivés la nuit, nous avions juste une envie C’est partir. Chambre isolée, super bruyant. Nous avons passé deux nuits la première nuit, La première nuit, il y avait du bruit jusqu’à tard le soir au niveau de la piscine Qui vient évidemment, résonne dans les chambres. Et la deuxième nuit, nous avons pas dormi tout court. Si vous y allez en famille, c’est pas pour vous Vous ne pouvez pas vous reposer. Pour toi, nous étions en quatrième étage, donc j’imagine les gens du premier.

The beds are not good and the bathrooms smell bad

Hotel tres bruyant par rapport a l'extérieur car mal isolé. Le ménage pas bien fait, poussiere au sol, trace sur les wc et odeur infecte d'égout dans notre chambre venant de la salle de bain

Elejimos este hotel por el Todo Incluido y la verdad que tengo que decir que es un poco decepcionante, está con calzador, no saben muy bien lo que es un todo incluido. Pero si decir y agradecer la especial atencion de los camareros del bar, en particular agradecer la dedicación de Ruben. Y tanbien las chicas de animación del hotel que lo daban todo para hacernos pasar un buen rato.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. Lo peor es la ausencia de la limpieza en las habitaciones y la calidad de la comida y la repetición del buffet.

The adults only roof top pool/bar/sun deck stole the show. It was so quiet and relaxin up there and never busy. The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. The restaurant staff ran a tight ship and got tables turned over quickly. The bar staff were hit and miss. 2 in particular stood out to us, a man named Reuben and a yound lady whose name i didnt get. She often worked on the roof top bar. Black hair, shaved underneath around 5'4. Both of them worked very hard and made guests feel welcome. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The location is quiet. Very close to a beautiful beach and a few shops.

Great stay. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels too. Staff were friendly. Dining room was also clean and tidy. Some nights had to queue to get in, but not a massive wait. Food was ok, always something to eat. Just sometimes wasn’t hot enough. Pool area was nice, some sun beds were broken, and not the most comfortable, but I suppose you can’t have everything. All in all had a great time.

The hotel is clean and rooms good. However there are constant long queues for the food room. Also for the bar which ruins the holiday. The food is ok but gets boring as salad, pizza and pasta. The adult pool wasn’t open which they never declared on their website. There is also a lot of noise at night as the chavy guests think it’s ok to shout and play music in the corridors. I would not recommend this hotel.

Il a eu du bruit toute la nuit impossible donc de dormir pas de drap dans la chambre franchement sa n’a pas été un séjour de tout repos le petit déjeuné pareille juste le café été horrible

Todo muy bien en las habitaciones reformadas, el buffet bueno pero quizas algo escaso, la animacion para niños ese dia no hubo. Es lo que falto. Pero repetiremos .
