Needs better AC

Bueno

Central location. Room was very small, hard to move around. Bathroom was half clean, hair dryer was not working. Service from the front desk was minimal but passable. For the price we would have expected more in terms of basic amenities and warm customer service.

C est extrêmement bruyant on entend tout même les gens se brosser les dent. De plus il y a eu une coquerelle dans notre salle de bain.

Everything was great just no AC.

The hotel room was leaking from the AC dripping all night and one of my friends got bites that looked like bed bug bites

The room was smaller than I thought and darker. Still the bed was nice and clean. The shower booth needs a little refurbishment. The receptionist was very nice and smiley all the time.

Hotel had worst soundproof, could hear every tap running and toilet flushing and people talking.

Initially hesitant due to warnings about its size, I have absolutely no regrets about booking this hotel! While indeed small, both the hotel and our room were impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the convenient €2 luggage lockers for late flights were a lifesaver. Highly recommend – I'll definitely be back!

Staff make the difference of this hotel, they are very knowledgeable of the city and the local places that offer the best of food, they inform us how to get to destinations and places we were looking for, thank you very much for keeping that kind of staff!

Personal de recepción muy amable y prestos a ayudar. Buena ubicación .Habitaciones y baño muy limpios Una noche llegamos y nuestra puerta estaba completamente abierta ( no falto nada) pero fue un poco extraño. Al llegar esa noche las camas no las habían hecho y las tazas de café no habían sido lavadas. Se ve que entraron solo a cambiar toallas y vacíar papeleras . Último día en la mañana entro un señor a nuestra habitación por equivocación. Creo que las cerraduras no son apropiadas ya que abren por fuera también . Pero a parte de estos pequeños incidentes. Me volvería a quedar ahí

Perfect location. Closer to attractions, 4 min walk to metro, 2 min walk to restaurants, friendly staff, clean room, what more you can expect.

Servicen var jättebra, personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam och rummet var jättefint! Det enda minuset är att väggarna (eller dörren?) är otroligt tunna då det hördes otroligt högljutt när någon var i hallen utanför rummen.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed for a short stay. Whilst the room was small, this didn't bother me as the location was ideal with good proximity to metro stations and key tourist hotspots. Staff were always on hand to help and and answer any questions. The only downside was the noise on my floor as I was able to hear people having conversations in the hallway into the early hours. If I need a room on a budget I would book here again.

I only stayed one night, so it served my purpose and was well located. Although, the walls are incredibly thin. I had earplugs in and had white noise machine going all night, but I could still hear people snoring next door and walking in the hallway. you are also expected to hand in our key every time you leave, which i find annoying.
