I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family. The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop. there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

I dont like that a hotel with 4 stars dont have real drinkglasses in the rooms. Thats to bad. Really bad. Just papercups.

The staff and service was amazing as always. Cirel and Raquel on main desk and Antonio carlos jose gave us the warm welcome we get every year. Upgraded to sea view at no extra cost .

Todo tal y como se explica en la reserva. Personal amable y desayuno muy variado. Habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Como objeción, tan sólo la cantidad de clientes infantiles, para tratarse de un hotel recomendado para adultos. Que impide poder disfrutar de la piscina.

Hotel correct, en bord de mer ( avec la voie ferrée entre les deux, comme en Catalogne), très mal insonorisé , literie correcte sans grand confort,personnel gentil

hotel très bien tenu, personnel très sympathique et serviable

Bonjour notre séjour a été satisfaisant. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des demandes qui lui sont faites. L’hôtel est très convenable même si il est vieillissant. La salle de bain n’est pas commode, cabine de douche très étroite et baignoire avec paroi vitrée qui n’autorise pas trop de mouvements non plus.

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

Dans l’ensemble j’ai connu beaucoup mieux pour le même prix en tout compris surtout au niveau alimentation car il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix surtout pour les français pourtant il y avait des français dans l’hôtel. Beaucoup d’entrée,dessert très mauvais moi qui suis très dessert j’ai pas pris un seul et alors les plats chauds inexistant (les frites vers les entrées ? Alors que c’est aux plats chauds enfin c’est un hôtel que nous ne reviendrons pas) Les personnes du bar le matin pas sympa alors que ceux du soir super sympa surtout celui qui a les cheveux en brosse et brin un homme gentil et qui parle un peu le français cela fait plaisir et les gens de l’accueil des gens gentils. Les chambres très brouillante ont entend tout des gens qui sont à côté. Bonne continuation

El alojamiento esta bien

Everything was perfect, Cleaning was ok but could be better, but I was so happy to be there.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

Habitación sucias y baño muy deteriorado....he tenido que poner una reclamación.. porque baje a quejarme y me dieron una pero...no volveré

Bien pero la comida un poco escasa pero bien un poco mal a la salida nos bloquearon las llaves de la habitacion al pasar 5 minutos de la hora y saliamos de desayunar

An undercurrent of quiet professionalism.

The sea view and location. Staff could be friendly as this was lacking and we didnt feel welcome. Not good customer service. Ive stayed around the world in five star places and four star. Never have i experienced unfriendly staff.
