Es espaciosa, tranquila, buen estado en general de la propiedad con propia lavadora. Por otra parte la piscina esta bastante bien y buena facilidades para entrar en ella

Muy decepcionados con la estancia en estos apartamentos, todo muy anticuado, el piso marcado con manchas negras alrededor del rodapie, nos pusieron una cuna de bebé que no pedimos ni íbamos con bebé. Además, la recepción no está bien señalizada y es difícil de encontrar. No le funciona el internet en la recepción por lo que el cobro fue después e incluso le sacaron una foto a nuestro DNI para complementar los datos en vez de apuntarlos cosa que está prohibida por la ley de protección de datos. Ofertan el baño con mampara de ducha y te lo ponen con cortina sucia. No habia cafetera ni tetera. Los enchufes se caen a cachos.

The reception is not always attended but after making a call to the no. displayed in reception I was greeted a few minutes later by a lovely helpful lady who spoke wonderful English. I had requested a high floor room and was given one on floor 6. The safe is usually 15 euros a week to rent, but given my short duration I was allowed it for free. My apartment was incredibly spacious with large lounge and adequate kitchen. Good bathroom with nice shower in tub and large bedroom with ample cupboard space. Both the lounge and bedroom had separate entirely private balconies. Slight minuses..the TV has no channel in English, although the description says limited housekeeping my room was attended just once in 4 days and it is close to a main road so ear plugs for sleeping are advised, but all in all this is a very pleasant property with pool, shower and sand pit for big and little kids. Once again the main receptionist is truly lovely.

Cool spot for a great long weekend get away. The reception was always very altentative with everything, friendly and very healpful

Went for a week on the 14th of September was there around two days to find that every day the swimming pool became green and greener then on my 3rd day the pool was taped off hotel staff said it would be back home tomorrow but it's WASNT still by the time we left it was still closed soo I'm not happy 1 bit about this holiday!

It was perfect for me and my wife. Just a pity the pool bar was shut! Clean, roomy and comfortable. Definitely stay there again.

NO ESTABAN A NUESTRA LLEGADA EN LA RECEPCION. TARDARON EN LLEGAR Y EN EL APARTAMENTO NO HABIA LAS CAMAS SUFICIENTES PARA DORMIR ESA NOCHE. LA LIMPIEZA MUY ESCASA Y HABIA GRAN CANTIDAD DE CUCARACHAS EN LA COCINA Y BAÑO. LA GENTE AMABLE Y LA PISCINA MUY BIEN.

Hotel economico ma con il minimo indispensabile e con pochi servizi. Internet non usufruito perchè molto caro. Di buono c'è la piscina gratis per tutti. Nell'appartamento non c'era il bidè, tolto per mettere la lavatrice, rimasti solo attacchi per lavatrice, no lavatrice, no bidè. Serrature e maniglie porte interne lasciamo stare. Quando si ricordano passano una volta settimana per pulizie, ma meglio ricordarglielo. Rubinetti molto arrangiati, specie quello in cucina, doccino idem. Insomma per 600 euro 2 settimane sono rimasto contento, ma se devo spendere di più vado da un'altra parte. Reception alle 17 chiude. Noi siamo arrivati dopo le 18 e non c'era nessuno, devi telefonare, ma telefono ancora da capire se può funzionare perchè appena scesi dall'aereo, poi telefona e non rispondono, dopo una mezz'ora la cosa si è risolta.

Brutto, sporco e malcurato, non idoneo al numero di persone per cui è stato pagato !

Verpauperde accommodatie, weinig te beleven, veel locals, weinig toeristen vandaar de lage prijs. Kamer en hygiëne is in orde.

My neighbour in rom 322 make a hell of a noise, loud TV on the balkony day and night and shouting and yelling in the nights, one night a dog was barking and crying for hours. Not good.... No people in the reception.

Nobody at reception. Had to phone a wait for someone to come. Only ever saw anybody at the reception desk twice. Internet a complete waste of time. had to ask for a refund after wasting time phoning. The cleaning staff were very helpful in contacting someone. Lift, only one working, packed up on our last night. Luckily it was fixed by the morning. The good things were the cleaners, pool attendant. all very nice and helpful. pool was nice, very quiet. The rooms were large and fully equipped. and very clean. In a good location for everything. Would probably book somewhere with definite Wi-Fi next time.

Worst apartment complex ever stayed in!!! Basically it's a old block which the majority of apartments have been sold ... there I never any help or a receptionist.. I only saw the 'manager/receptionist' in my three week stay twice!!! My tv only had about 30 Spanish channels no english I complained a engineer visited but could not resolve the issue.... the internet wifi was useless it's continually dropped out every day and was very slow and only received access no more than 50% of the time

Havde bestilt til 4 voksne, og havde fået accept, ved ankomsten er det en lejlighed med 2 voksensenge, 1 børneseng og en træsofa. Meget skidt ! Ingen søvn den nat ! Dagen efter fik vi fint rum. Fin betjening trods alt fra receptionen. Valgte denne lejlighed fordi der var anført fri parkering, det er der IKKE, man må IKKE holde på kompleksets område, (der er bom for) har brugt MANGE penge på parkeringsafgift. Det skal Hotels.com få ændret i deres annonce og reservationspapirer ! Expedia er også involveret. Fint pool-område og centralt beliggende.

All I can tell you about these apartments is the shoddy way in which customers are treated. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm to find the reception area dark and deserted. A member of staff saw that I had arrived to check in and I was handed a note from the management saying that due to unfinished renovation work there was no apartment available for me that day. They had made arrangements for me to stay somewhere else, and they had described the hotel as a better class establishment, (this I don't believe to be correct, more equal value I would say) and as I didn't have a clue where to find this the member of staff who dealt with me kindly drove me the few minutes journey to get there. I cannot believe that the management had no clue about this long before my day of arrival, and although a notification email was sent both to hotels .com and myself, it was sent far too late,- during that morning when I had already left home to travel to the airport. My advise is simply don't book with an establishment that feels it is fine to treat people this way and spring shocks on them!

I have stayed in these Apartments before and like them due to the size of the Apartment and Location. We were very unlucky this time as there were renovations going on in the apartment below us which started every morning at 08.30 and didn't stop until 16.00. To be fair it ruined our holiday. The constant machinery noise everyday almost drove us insane. I had booked 2 apartments and both apartments were right over the noise.
