Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, el lugar estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Sin duda alguna es un lugar muy céntrico. Ideal para personas que quieren hacer muchas cosas y tener todo cerca.

La atencion muy amable, me apoyaron con dudas y me explicaron a detalle todo, la habitacion lumpia y con lo necesario

Todo genial! De todos los hoteles de Madrid de este tipo el mejor. Ubicación inmejorable, tamaño de la habitación con cama enorme y, lo inportante, ducha perfecta de tamaño. La más grande con las que he coincidido. El único pero, las obras del, pero no es culpa del alojamiento .alojamieno

Location, location, location. Value for the money. Quirky, not for those used to being pampered or responded to at all hours. The room was clean, the essentials provided, but you are basically on your own. We were thankful every day that we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

Amazing, well appointed room. Very comfortable bed with a great mix of pillows. Even when they didn't think we could get an early check in, they managed to get us in several hours early. INCREDIBLE location. Felt like we were within a kilometer of everything we wanted to do. Fantastic shower with very hot water. Blow dryer. Iron. Safe. Storage lockers to hold luggage as needed. Really a fantastic property. We would stay again without hesitation.

El chico que me atendio, inmejorable trato, la verdad. Nunca opino en este sitio, pero se lo merece. No me acuerdo del nombre… david? Un chaval moreno pelo rapado. Llegue antes y me guardo las cosas, atendio a mis padres con mucha educacion, en fin, top!

Pagar 170€ por un hostal es un abuso absoluto. La ubicación es muy buena, por supuesto. La cama es cómoda pero la habitación es tan pequeña y austera que no se puede ni colgar el abrigo. Tenía problemas para acceder a la habitación y nadie respondió al teléfono ni WhatsApp ( aunque me habían escrito 4 veces seguidas para hacer el checking). Nada recomendable

Las habitaciones decentes, la ubicación muy bien, desafortunadamente cuando estuve ahí tuvieron un problema con una alarma y duró más de dos horas sonando por la noche

Todo muy bien, solo le faltaría una cortina para la ducha pero todo muy bien al igual que la ubicación y la entrada

Awesome location! Clean comfortable bathroom, great bed + pillows. The essentials for a stay when main priority is location and comfort to get needed rest for a whole day out.

Super clean, confortable and spacious shower room. It’s a pity that there is no glass wall to keep the floor dry but I think it’s for handicap as well. The coffee and tea in the room are great for me. Extremely friendly staff and clear instructions by message. Everything is controlled by code which is very convenient to avoid losing room cards. Location is also excellent to visit city center. Several good restaurants and cafes are available by walking distance. It’s also possible to leave the luggage but the space is limited. The only downside is the weak sound isolation because we can hear clearly the noise of corridor.

Friendly staff. Super convenient to all the major sites. 4 min walk to El Prado The air didn’t work the first day but they sent someone to fix it

Noisy room because of location of the entrance to the rooms. It’s not really like a hotel but a section of a building sectioned off.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del museo del Prado y a unos 12 min de la Puerta del Sol, muy limpio y seguro, llegamos antes del check in, pero la agitación estaba ya disponible, así que aprovechamos más el tiempo, nos tocó una anotación cerca de la puerta de entrada y como entras con clave si escuchábamos ruido cuado entraban y salían , fue el único inconveniente,por lo demás todo bien
