l'hébergement est extrêmement bien situé ! Il est propre mais la rue est bruyante !

The location of the property is really good whilst the check in was completely painful. There is a system used by property management where you have to pay deposit then they give you a code to enter. This hasnt worked for us and we had to wait to reach out to the propety management and responsiveness was not so good so we had to wait in front of the property. Additionally the ventilation was horrible. There is a restaurant down there and all flat was smells like shrimps all the time and it was even difficult to sleep with that smell.

The communication was great and the team were brilliant at responding and were super helpful. The apartment is in a great location close to the main sites though tucked away enough to be quiet. The apartment itself is fabulous and perfect for a few friends or a family. The only reason I did not give a perfect rating is that there was an issue with the door while we were there which was a little inconvenient. This is not the fault of the apartments and they were very good at working around it, opening the door at all hours of the day and night when it was required. Highly recommended

It was awful. First, check in time was 1500 and we didn’t receive the access code till past 1500 as it was a self check in service and there was no one to contact directly. Then the ground key safes confused us as we couldn’t open the safe with the codes that the hotel provided us and there was a big sign saying we need to enter the codes to open the safe, turns out we didn’t need keys to enter the flat. We only found out after trying to open the key safe for a good 5 mins then decided to check if the flat was unlocked, and we found out the door was an electronic lock instead. We then realised the flat didn’t have WiFi and we were staying for 4 nights. So we had no WiFi for them nights and we did inform them on the first day which they kept telling us IT is fixing it. Till the last day, still no WiFi. After check out, I asked when will the £100 will be expected to be released, they did not reply to that at all. Overall, a very stressful transaction with the check in, and the during and check out. I would not stay here or recommend this place for anyone. Unless you’re not bothered with no WiFi, no customer support, and if you have a lot of time in your hands. A lot of these issues I’ve had could have been avoided.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento funzionale, poco silenzioso. Pulizia nella norma. Consigli per la struttura: avendo una cucina a disposizione sarebbe utile lasciare delle tovagliette per il tavolo, degli strofinacci per la cucina, e magari anche un po di olio e sale. Giusto nel caso in cui uno decida per una volta di non pranzare/cenare fuori ma di farlo in casa.

Bonito apartamento, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Nos gusto mucho y volveriamos.

We had the most difficult check in process that ruined our stay. The check in was all online, the instructions were unclear and all in Spanish. When we reached out to the representative, she could barely speak English and was not helpful. The actual property was very nice, clean and centrally located. However, because of the hassle with check in, we would not stay here again.

Tout a ete correct sauf la communication avec les personnes qui devaient nous donner le code pour entrer . Apres plusieurs messages sans reponses, on a du aller demander de l,aide a une dame tres gentille pour qu,elle téléphone pour nous en espagnol afin de parler a quelqu'un pour obtenir le code.

Purtroppo già di prima mattina passavano macchine, taxi e netturbini a tutta velocità, in più alle 19:00 di sera nel palazzo di fianco iniziavano le lezioni di flamenco..comunque nel complesso siamo stati bene. Grazie

Very nice and clean apartment. In the middle of the city. Access to all activities easily.

Location is ideal, apt has good amenities, flamenco show next door too. Communication a bit slow, but satisfactory. Bed comfy, AC good, good little kitchen to cook some meals. Keyless entry a plus. Bathroom a good size. Beautiful flat in Seville. Would definitely recommend. Close to attractions.

Facilità di check in tramite codice ricevuto via email e facile comunicazione via email. Zona tranquilla della città e vicina al centro ma c'è la possibilità di sentire rumori dalla strada o dai vicini. Disponibilità di diversi cuscini e coperte aggiuntive

Muito bom o apto, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, banheiro com chuveiro bom, rua silenciosa, cozinha equipada, porém senti falta de toalha de mesa ou jogo americano, pano de pratos, acho que poderiam colocar mais utensílios para poder cozinhar no apto. Mas no geral foi excelente, super bem localizado, dava pra fazer tudo a pé nos pontos turísticos, como a catedral.

Very centrally located and had everything needed in the apartment. Getting the information on codes, deposit payment and pre-check in was difficult. I had to ask Expedia to contact them for the info twice and despite being told all info would be sent 24 hours before, it only arrived whilst on the plane where I had no wifi. This should have all been sent on the Thursday whilst I was still on my computer.

Great location right in the heart of Sevilla. Everything is literally a walk away from Iberflat. Spacious, well maintained place.

L'appart est tres bien situé au bord des quartiers animes, sans les nuisances sonores, propres et fonctionnel, ilest tezs agréables pour des courts sejours, ou plus long car la cuisine est bien équipée
