The staff is friendly. We have stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything is fine except they they didn’t have the kettle which make us can’t boil the hot water

Great rooms, clean, huge property with parking. Close to the highway and access to main sites.

Hébergement où le stationnement est facile. Cependant, les fenêtres ne ferment pas de manière hermétique et laisse passer le bruit ; entre-autre, il y a une voie rapide à côté et la nuit, on entends beaucoup la circulation. J'ai dormi avec des boules quies ce qui n'est pas confortable. Si vous n'avez pas le sommeil sensible, c'est un hébergement assez pratique. On se garait à 5 minutes sur le parking du métro San Juan bajo pour visiter le centre ville. Il n'y a rien sur place pour manger le soir. Voiture nécessaire. Sinon ubereat.

Dans un quartier commercial à l’écart de la ville. Centre commerciaux à proximité. Parking libre service et parking payant couvert. Très grande chambre appartement ! Tout le nécessaire. Parfait.

En general la habitación bien distribuida y cómoda, un poco lejos del centro pero en taxi es fácil y cómodo moverse. un chinche

Bien el apartamento, por poner una pega la cafetería estaba cerrada. El resto muy bien

ALERT! Be Aware! There are thief’s. Staff is also involved. We checked in yesterday. There was a shirt in the trees on behind the balcony. That’s the sign which unit to target. Some doors to the balcony do not close. We take valuables with us and docs in the safe. Nothing valuable to take. Someone did come in into the apartment while we were out for the evening. Out luggage has locks, they were reset. Also, when we came back in the evening, the key to the door was not working. How convenient for the thief’s as well. Do Not Book this place. Theft is ongoing here!!

Estaba todo limpio excepto algunas cosas de menaje. El apartamento bien. Muy cómodo. Te brindan un código para ingresar por tu cuenta cuando llegas. En el primer piso hay una máquina expendedora de bebidas y algunos snacks que pueden salvarte cuando necesitas algo. Recomiendo Iberflat pero si alguien va sin coche, tener en cuenta que está lejos del centro de Sevilla, en bus es a una hora aproximadamente.

Difícil para llegar

I arrived early but denied an early check in and outside the property there is an unpleasant stench and I find it in many parts of Spain. What’s going on? The unit itself was very clean and we loved the stay once’s we checked in. We truly enjoyed the stay inside the unit. Ample parking and easy access via metro but parking at the station is a challenge - but entire Spain has a parking challenge. They should figure out a solution.

Tamaño considerable, muy biend de servicios...

Everything is very spacious and in good state. Easy parking and only 6 euro a night. When you have the luck new guests before you did not fill in the check in form online you have to wait about 25 minutes before it is your turn.

Tiny room but cute and comfortable

Acomodação simples, mas completa e mtooo limpa. Gostamos demais! Espaçosa, cheirosa, bom banho, cama gostosa, apartamento excelente.

A good size rooms, washing machine and dryer available. Spacious areas and also im the common areas. However the bath towels and bed sheets have seen better days. A bit distant from Central Seville. Carpark underground. Staff very friendly. Restaurants and cafes around the corner. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped.

Excelente
