Great rooms and beautiful view

Schon bei Ankunft bei dem Empfang fühlten wir uns wieder "Zuhause". Es stimmte wirklich alles: Zimmer perfekt, dies gilt ebenso für den Restaurantbereich: für jeden Geschmack wurde durch hochmotivierte hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter eine täglich wechselnde Vielfalt von köstlichen Speisen offeriert. Wir waren schon häufig im Hotel und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely hotel great selection of food in the restaurant and location was superb. Staff on reception need to be more helpful and not so disinterested as there were a couple of issues within our group with the room where water had leaked in due to heavy rain and towels had been left on the floor. Also the balcony door in my room had a broken lock, but that was fixed immediately. Room cleaned every day. If the staff on reception could be more sympathetic and understanding then this would have improved my rating.

Ausser dem lauten Restaurant war der Aufenthalt gut.

Früher war es besser! Komme seit 17 Jahren fast jedes Jahr, Essen ist immer noch gut, lässt aber jedes Jahr mehr nach. Scheint so, als ob sich das Management nicht richtig kümmert, z.B. im Restaurant gibt es 8 Kaffeemaschinen, nur 3 davon funktionierten an meinem letzten Frühstück. Keiner kümmert sich darum, weil wohl keine Zuständigkeit definiert wurde. Musste in die kostenpflichtige Kaffeebar gehen und mir einen Kaffee kaufen damit ich einen genießbaren hatte.

Hotel people were very nice but it was so strange to discover that the parking was at 38€ per dat and the safe was at 3€ a day in a hotel at +/- 300€ per day. Very cheap to want to make money with everything. I think that I will not choose iberostar any more.

We've stayed at Iberostar Waves Royal Andalus 3-4 times and absolultely love it. Hotel is great and beach is a short walk away and amazing. Parking can be challenging. Garage was full and we had a to park on the street about 14 min away, but saved about 100 euros.

Really nice hotel, excellent facilities, great entertainment for kids. Evening shows were ok. Buffet restaurant pricey for the quality. Car parking fee extortionate

Great hotel rooms and service.

sehr schönes Hotel am guter Lage. Sehr schöner Sandstrand. freundliches Personal. guter Service. Saubere Anlage. Schöne Zimmer.

The food was quite underwhelming. All the cocktails were premixed. No onsite parking available. No help with bags on checking. Lots of supliments to all inclusive. The hotel is in a nice location with a nice beach.

All great... Just a big "but"... Coffee during breakfast is surprisingly terrible... Something I really don't understand why such a high level hotel doesn't take care of.

Das an einem traumhaften Strand gelegene Hotel befindet sich durch Renovierung auf dem aktuellen Hotelstandard. Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Essen war, trotz Buffet, abwechslungsreich und hatte auch eine regionale Komponente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Design aus den 80igern. Etwas laut, da die Zimmertüren keinen Schallschutz haben und die Animation auch mal bis 23 Uhr aktiv ist.

I really don´t understand why they start construction works during the time before the eastern-holidays. The construction works. The construction work close to the pool caused a lot of noise and dirt. It was impossible to rest with balcony door open at lunchtime ...All construction work could have been carried out long before during the winter-time!!! But the construction work started when we arrived 7th April!! Incredible!!!

We are very happy with this hotel. Clean room and very good food in the restaurant.

Lovely stay. Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant, even the wine was lovely. Fabulous spa treatment. Free parking in the road. Beautiful soft sandy beaches.
