飯店乾淨、房間空間頗大、接待人員親切、位置離大眾交通(公車站)有段距離但尚可接受，整體而言下來，感覺不錯

房間不大, 但是服務不錯. 餐點也還算好吃. 從機場搭巴士不用換車就可以直達. 只是走到地鐵站拉著行李真的很累. 但整體還算不錯. 又離西班牙廣場很近, 購物相當方便

Check in時的職員很細心拿出地圖介紹酒店的位置和地鐵的十次車票。但上房後覺得房間有小問題想更換，職員說當晚的房間已爆滿不能換，承諾第二天可換給我們，到第二天再問當值職員，她又說房又爆滿。我們只住這酒店三晚最後就沒有換了，但這三晚都睡得不好。

和国内的酒店没法比，胜在性价比高出行还算方便，早餐不怎么样！

員工溝通不佳，服務素質差，造成旅客於居住期間沒有安全感，事後員工處理方式及態度差。因飯店未提供＂請勿打擾及清理房間＂，飯店清潔人員進入清掃只換了毛巾地上及垃圾桶、床鋪皆未整理，以及保險箱莫名打開！

Location: around 10 minutes walk to the Santa Eulalia metro station, which is quite easy-assessible. Few restaurants and a supermarket ( which close @12am ) nearby. I supposed it is a residential area in Barcelona which you'll like if u prefer a peaceful place for ur stay. The lobby and the reception are much smaller than they seem in the pictures which hotel.com has provided.This scared me a bit when i entered the hotel.Luckily, the room is reasonably tidy and the comfortable king-sized bed is surely a plus. There's no water boiler in the room, and even the toothbrush set is only given when asked. For those who cares much about skin&hair care, plz bring along ur own shampoo, body wash and conditioner, as the hotel only provides you an all-in-one cleanser. Also, there was no shaver for men too. Last of all, please don't have much expectation on the politeness of the staffs.

L'hotel di per sé è gradevole, lontano dal caos di Barcellona ma comunque splendidamente collegato tramite mezzi pubblici. Ottima la camera e la pulizia, meno ottimale la doccia che se non si presta attenzione ci si ritrova con il bagno allagato. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione e bisogna ammettere che sia la varietà sia la qualità del cibo rispettavano le nostre aspettative. Purtroppo a rovinare l'esperienza è stata la reception. Nonostante su Expedia sia scritto un orario per la colazione, in hotel abbiamo scoperto che ciò non corrisponde alla realtà. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla reception siamo stati trattati malamente perché nel bigliettino che ci hanno fornito al check-in erano riportati gli orari corretti. Posso comprendere l'errore sul sito, ma non farlo passare come colpa nostra. Ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno fatto sparire un paio di calzini. Cosa se ne faranno mai gli addetti delle pulizie con i miei calzini sporchi?

Clean, convenient, hass all you need for a cery reasonable price. Conveniently located by near by bus stations and metro (very walkable). Great mom/pop's restaurants near by (Milagros).

Es war sehr schön und sauber nur die Verbindung ist bisschen schlecht wenn man mit Metro fährt dann muss man auch bisschen länger laufen

The service was very good. The location was also good. Maybe a little far from the center, but it was quiet and safe.

The staff were pleasant. It is walking distance to the convention center, so the night life seemed nonexistent.

We liked almost everything, we just didn't like the location of the hotel, It doesn't make you feel secure at all.
