O forte do hotel é a localização, na frente do Corte Inglês, próximo da Cidade das Artes, com restaurantes na região , podendo acessar tudo a pe. Funcionarios prestativos e educados . Quarto limpo, de bom tamanho

This hotel is very modern and clean. It is very close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Turia garden. There are many restaurants in the area and it is quiet. The room also comes with a free minibar. The air conditioner worked well but it turns off at 7:30 pm. I was there in early April so that might not be the policy in the summer. I will stay at this hotel if I return to Valencia.

Check in was quick and easy. If you plan to use the pool, make sure to ask for the towels at check in to make things smoother.
The room was as described and clean.
The pool was great to have in the July heat. The food from the restaurant was delicious as were the drinks. The rooms were cleaned each day. Breakfast was great and had everything we needed.

Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt buffet, vriendelijk personeel. Fijn zwembad, maar eerder klein waardoor er zelden vrije ligstoelen beschikbaar zijn. Lift was meermaals defect tijdens ons verblijf, lastig als je op 7+ verdiep verblijft. Maar zeker fijn hotel, we komen graag terug

Great for science museum, beach & shops, good breakfast, pool and bar staff but slightly unhelpful reception staff who provided the wrong information on their exorbitant parking prices 25€ for 1 night. Basically if you leave later the next day than the time you checked in you get further charged! There is also free parking around the hotel which was never mentioned when we queried the high costs. I was also told I needed to pay another 15€ per night to hire a kettle as my room rate at 185€ did not include one. I have never come across this before (a deposit yes but not a charge!) Nice hotel but seemed a little greedy.

Modern, spacious, and comfortable hotel close to the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. Many transport, shopping, and dining options. Very attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean, modern, and the staff was so nice. They surprised my daughter on her birthday with cake and a handmade card--it was so kind! It is located equal distance between the beach and the Old City center. We had a great time!

I had to have an engineer to open / repair my safe FIVE times in the week that I stayed. Other than that, no complaints.
Staff were great, hotel is well placed for restaurants and a couple of bars and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop if you want to go to the old town or the beach. Each journey is €2 - tap as you get on and you’re good to go.
Plenty of choice for breakfast, but the layout isn’t great. The bread isn’t near the butter, the bowls aren’t near the cereals - but these are minor things.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance to several malls, restaurants and attractions. Good transport links. Room was decent size and breakfast was okay with a decent variety. Mini bar was free and replaced everyday with branded drinks. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Great location roughly mid way between the old town and the beach. El Corte Ingles is across the road if you need anything.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Breakfast caters for everyone and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it to other travellers

Room cleaned daily. Fresh towel if needed. Breakfast excellent with very extensive choice. Staff very friendly and helpful,especially Pablo on reception who told us everything we needed to know on checking in and booked us an early morning taxi on booking out.
