Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were delighted with our beautiful room featuring a stunning roof window that offered breathtaking views of the sky - it added such a special touch to our experience.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional quality throughout. Every item was clearly made with fresh products, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. The service during breakfast was equally outstanding, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was their service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.
From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!

From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires.
