Lovely hotel in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is also very good. The room was dark and quit but with some noise from the halway. Overall a perfect place to stay in San Sebastian!

Hôtel bien situé et moderne. Chambre propre avec belle fenêtre et balcon sur rue piétonne. Service courtois mais strict. Attention: si vous êtes en voiture, il faut s’inscrire sur un site pour pouvoir accèdé à l’hôtel qui est dans la zone à faible émission. Si vous êtes touriste, il faut le passeport et l’immatriculation de la voiture. L’application se fait par le portail et très facile. Le stationnement sur rue est apparement uniquement pour les résidents. On nous a dit que le seul choix possible est de se stationner dans le stationnement public proche de l’hôtel mais c’est très cher : 30 euros par jour.

Stationnement facile à proximité mais dispendieux à 30 euros par jour. L’hôtel est propre. Le service est bon mais pas très accommodant. Nous avions 4 chambres et nous avons eu un non avec un sourire à toutes nos demandes de surclassement VIP de Expédia ou pour une confusion sur l’inclusion ou pas du petit déjeuner. Il était inclus pour certaines chasmbres mais pas pour d’autres, pourtant payée plus cher.

The staff is excellent and always accommodating. The breakfast option is worth the price. There is a lot of variety and the coffee is delicious. The front desk staff was particularly helpful, whether it was for directions, dining recommendations, or which beach you might prefer. The beach towels they offer are large and good quality. The room was nice. Besides the comfortable bed, the next best was the shower.
