Clean and Safe place to stay

Muy tranquilo el sitio, y limpio

El alojamiento está bien situado muy cerca de la estación y calle de tiendas, con muchas cafeterias alrededor y supermercados. Lo elegi por conveniencia de una noche lo más cerca de la estación pero no volveria, había un ambiente muy feo, hay gente viviendo allí se ve permanentmente y peleas entre ell@s, gritos e insultos, y gente yendo y vinienfo por la noche sin respectar normas de silencio, me parecio muy ruidoso

Shower was really cold irrespective of settings, evening and morning. The pod inside was nicer than expected, and linen was clean

I was extremely happy with my stay.

Though the property offers 24 hr check in, arriving after midnight i could not contact anyone I left at 8am, after sleeping on a seat and saw no staff I emailed and called and still no response I am a platinum member and stay in approximately 170-200 hotels a year, ive never received such poor service and expect a Full refund

Verrous casses aux sanitaires et porte des capsules defectueuses

Al despertar no había papel higiénico en varios de los baños, sólo había agua fría en las duchas, el agua se salió de la ducha y no había con qué secarla. La cápsula se siente cómoda y segura, pero las escalerillas suenan mucho al subirse.

I stayed one night. The capsule's bed isn't bad but you can hear everyone around you but that was expected. The toilets and showers were very dirty. I didn't take a shower until I went to another place. Plus the two small towels you get are like towels for drying your hands. The guy working there was nice though. Ok for one night but it would have been nice to shower. Plus there was no hand soap nor hand sanitizer.

Bien el lugar, tranquilo, limpio y ordenado. Muy cerca de todo y fácil de ubicar.

El edificio estaba en reconstrucción y entre capsulas se filtraba todo el ruido de otras personas

Mejorar las duchas

Tuve la culpa o no lo explican bien en sus anuncios, donde destacan las habitaciones privadas. Los baños les faltan accesorios, por ejemplo, para colgar las toallas, y los grifos no funcionan bien, lo que dificulta afeitarse. Además, los de las duchas no reunían las condiciones para guardar el neceser.
