Personnel sympa, chambre assez spacieuse Salle de bain correct, il y a des serviettes. La clim fonctionne bien. Très bien situé, dans le centre. Tout est faisable a pied. Le bemol, c'est qu'il y a du bruit toute la nuit dans l'hébergement les murs sont très fins. Impossible de dormir la premiere nuit, j'ai du acheter des bouchons d'oreilles et après cetait mieux pour les deux autres nuits.

Chambre propre. Commodité minimale. Ils ont changé mes serviettes pendant mon séjour.

Bon accueil à notre arrivée, chambre propre. Quartier sympathique pas très loin de très bon restaurant à tapas. À proximité du centre-ville et des monuments.

Need to be better at letting people in after the doors lock as we were locked out of the building for 15 minutes. Great location and nice people

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta hyvä ja kävellen pääsi joka puolelle. Palveluita/ruokapaikkoja lähellä. Huone siisti, oli kosteutta, mutta ilmastointilaite auttoi tähän.

Möglicherweise sind die Doppelzimmer besser, aber das Einzelzimmer war für mich gar nicht ok, sodass ich nach 2 Nächsten abgereist war. Positiv war, dass das Zimmer doch ein eigenes Bad hatte, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aber das Zimmer war wirklich absolut verwohnt, die Luft war unheimlich feucht. Das Fenster ging nicht nach Draußen, sondern in eine Art überdachten Innenhof, wodurch man alles dort laut hören konnte.

Había humedad en la habitación y las sábanas estaban mojadas y un poco pegajosa. También tendrían que tener más preocupación al intentar abrir la habitación el servicio

The room was great, had everything you would need for a nights stay

I stayed at this hotel for three days and overall I had a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that the shower was clogged and not working properly. Apart from that, everything was really good.

The stay was good. Be careful of the lift! I got stuck in the lift for well over an hour and had to call the lift servicing company myself to get someone to come get me. Even though 24h reception is advertised, I was constantly ringing the help button which loudly alarmed through the whole building, no one came to help me or check and see what happened. Eventually the technician arrived and when I got out, the receptionist arrived and was surprised I had been trapped for so long even though I was ringing the loud bell. This caused me to miss out on spending one of my evenings out exploring. The check in and check out staff were helpful and let me leave my bag to explore for a few hours before returning to the airport. The room was as described and matched the photos and clean. Very thin walls so could hear anyone coming into or out of the place and hear anybody talking outside. The location is very good. Less than 10 minute walk to Setas, about 15 minute walk to La Giralda, Cathedral and Real Alcázar. Approx. 35 minute walk to Plaza de Espana. Around 15 minute walk from shuttle bus to and from airport. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around, good nightlife around and near to venue. Overall a good venue but avoid the lift to be safe!

Staff were amazing. We had an en suite and it was fab. Location was great. Will definitely return.

Staff and check in friendly and helpful. Condition of room is lacking, the shower is very small and there is only one plug socket in the main room. Toilet paper provided in bathroom is not a roll and is of low quality
