Tolles Apartement-Haus mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht. Tolle Aussicht und Dachterasse mit Pool. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Betreuung. Perfekter Parkplatz und alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.

This is a gem! In Tarifa, the best place to be! Superbly appointed, with gated parking. Wine and beer welcome gift! Simply superb! If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you won’t regret it! Lovely, lovely place! Right on the beach, near the restaurants, the port. Hated to leave!

Amazing location. Splendid view: Sunrise on Mediterannean Sea and Sunset on the Atlantic Ocean. The accommodation design is memorable.

The property was absolutely incredible! The views were awesome, the decor and feel of the apartment was so relaxing. The rooftop pool and patio was beautiful. Perhaps one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Very family friendly and the customer service was unmatched!

Our stay at La Residencia was very good. Even in the midst of the Covid19 situation, their hospitality (Mariluz) was top notch. I needed something printed, so they brought it to the room for me. The staff made it easy to get in touch with them if we needed anything. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Nice water pressure in the bathroom shower. Plenty of towels and robes. The views are nice as the building is located on the very edge of the old city walls looking over the sea, and on the other side you can see the old city. It's less than 10 minutes away walking distance to the ferry port. The building has a sauna, a heated pool and lounge chairs on the roof that we were able to enjoy. There's also washers and dryers for guests to use. It seems that in the off season and probably because of the virus situation, lots of stores aren't open, so getting food or groceries might be more challenging. We were able to cook at the apartment by shopping for ingredients at the supermarket (SuperSol, Lidl). The kitchen is equipped with basic things like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

The place is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and helpful and nothing with this place could be better. Tarifa is a great town and La Residencia is a fabulous place

Such a beautiful location, this property has ocean views, generous apartment size. Located walking distance to ferry terminal for trip to Morocco. Also walking distance to restaurants and beach. Highly recommend this accommodation, friendly staff and stunning pool and sauna, also laundry access.

Very clean, comfortable and up to date. View is second to none! Sunrise over Africa! And the building is within the the old fortress, how neat is that? Really an exceptional place!

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Pool ist toll, es war auch immer genug Platz.

IT WAS GREAT AND WE WILL Stay here again for sure.

I emailed to say we needed to check I early due to a ferry reservation to Tangier’s. The host was there and allowed us to leave our bags so we didn’t miss our ferry. Unfortunately, our return trip was cancelled led due to high winds so we didn’t make it back in time to fully check I. We had a very early flight out of Saville and had to leave before we were able to meet the host again. It’s an amazing property and we would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment in a fabulous location. Must be one of the best places in Tarifa. Will definitely return.

Todo perfecto, desde los pequeños hasta los grandes detalles: la comodidad del aparcamiento, la piscina climatizada, la limpieza, la decoración, la ubicación... Dudo que a partir de ahora vaya a otro alojamiento distinto en la zona de Tarifa (siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad en La Residencia)

Lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en Tarifa y pasear por la ciudad.
