Excellent location, fabulous facilities and wonderful service.

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€. the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza.

We had a magnificent stay here. The pool and rooms are stunning, 4 minutes walk from the best restaurant street in the old town. Wonderful and attentive staff, making the stay extra special.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern - detailverliebt, einem tollen Service und einer Lage die einfach besser nicht geht. Absolute Empfehlung - wer Ruhe in Ibiza Stadt sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to be kind. The hotel is full of history and character. Only thing to note is the rooms are very small so be aware that’s part of the package.

Excellent staff and condition of the room and property. Because it is an historic location located within castle walls, it does not have an elevator. The hotel also has multiple buildings which may require shuttle. For those who love history and not as much for those who want to shop and dine.

The property, while possessing a nice view, is certainly not very accessible being located at the top of a walled town through narrow, slippery and steep streets. The upper portion of the hotel is very dark and lifeless. The pool and lobby feel to be a world apart

The hotel is smack bang in the middle of the old town, within the castle walls. It is oozing charm and the staff are fabulous.

This hotel is made up of three different buildings in close proximity to each other, and it’s located very close to the top of the hill / citadel of Ibiza Town. At first we had booked the smallest room as it was all that was available. However it seriously is only big enough for two tiny girls who only have bikinis to wear. No space for your luggage and very little storage for 2 people. We upgraded to a large room in one of the other buildings, and it was much better! The service at this hotel is wonderful! As the hotel is on a hill, it was great that the staff could run us up and down the hill into the center of town via a golf cart or car. The pool area and pool bar is very relaxing, and the the breakfast was very nice.
