Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the Lago resort! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and location was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, beautiful views and beach just across the road!

Very nice hotel - free water for customers would be nice and make a difference

We had a good time in this hotel, very central location, has many restaurants around, mostly belong to the same owner. They have also some fun pool party. Staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the walls are so tiny that we could hear the tv of the next room, not ideal at 1am if you have to catch a flight at 6am. Overall all good

We really liked the hotel. Since you walk in, it looks modern and clean. The people who work at the hotel are amazing, always willing to help and with a smile on their face. The rooms are large and spacious and have a small kitchen for people who do not want to eat out. Regarding food, the breakfast buffet is great, fruit, charcuterie cheeses and breads and fresh juice. The service is super efficient so you do not have to wait for tables, etc. There is both fine dining and more affordable dining close by. And there is a nice beach close by. Would definitely come back here.l

Everything was incredible! We loved our room, the staff, and the food. Two employees, Laura and Silvia took extra special care of us and are so appreciated! The stay at Lagos was magical.

Amazing stay in a superior suite overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed food from the Thai restaurant connected to the pool area. Went on a private boat trip organised by the reception staff. This was a beautiful afternoon. Thanks all at the Lagos resort we will be back

Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away.

The check in process was smooth and the employees were amazing.

Hot breakfast was cold every morning, even when we were first in the line at 7.30am. Continuous dripping of water in the toilet and the random flushing was unnerving. Unable to secure a sunbed around the pool on day 1, despite us being guests?! Book your taxi on the day because it cost us €70 each way but the hotel wanted to charge €120. Bit disappointing on the whole.

Lagos resort was perfect for a couples holiday - we had a suite which had a terrace and large kitchen area too. Lovely staff, good facilities (gym, spa, pool and pool restaurant). They even put the woman’s World Cup final on for everyone to watch. Would recommend as a hotel if people want to stay in that area. Only thing to point out is the marina area lets down the atmosphere a little. It’s great if you want a quick/cheap dinner but outside of the hotel restaurants there’s not to much going on (no late bars or finer restaurants). Also the main Cala en Bosch beach is super busy so you need to get down there early for a sun lounger. However, it’s a quick 30 minute bus /10 min taxi into main Cittadella which has a lovely atmosphere and lots of great restaurant bars.

Beautiful hotel, love the service. The personal was so kind and helpful. Enjoy a lot the experience.

Big rooms, nice location and very calm environment

We liked the hotel room, the pool area and bar and the restaurant but our room backed on to a large hotel across the road which had very loud music/entertainment every evening which we could hear clearly which was quite annoying when trying to sleep

We had a great stay at Casas del Lago and overall really enjoyed our time there, we’d definitely go back. We were in a ‘Deluxe Room Terrace Marina View’. We knew this would be quite small but the Hotels.com description doesn’t make it clear that the bathroom isn’t separate - only the toilet. The shower and sink area are in the bedroom. I know this open-plan style saves space but personally I don’t like it - I would have booked a different room if I’d realised. There were a few niggles - the room needs a shelf in the shower, and one under the basin to store wash bags. There are a few mirrors but none of them is in the right place to sit in the chair and do your hair/makeup and there’s no full-length mirror so you can’t ever see your whole outfit including shoes - this is a place where they are encouraging Instagram posts everywhere, so I was surprised by that! We stayed in a compact room in another hotel on Menorca during this trip, and it had all those things, so it should be possible in a small space. The fridge barely made things cold. The staff in the restaurant and beach club were so helpful and nice! The reception team were less friendly and on the one day our room didn’t get cleaned, nobody apologized - they acted like I was kind of a pain for asking for somebody to take away our rubbish. Pool area is fab and we upgraded to a shady cabana which I really recommend - so comfortable! We loved exploring Menorca and the hotel made a perfect base.

The staff were quite rude, unattentive, and not very helpful. There were no windows in the room, the door was fiddly and there was a hotel nearby with very loud children's entertainment. The sunbeds were an extra 40 EUR per day.

Loved this hotel. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff were lovely, hotel felt very modern and clean. Will definitely return!
