The gardens especially were beautiful. The rooms and balcony were large, and some effort had been made so they were not generic Canarian hotel rooms, all areas were spotless. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Staff are all so helpful and courteous. Pools are immaculate.
Very decent room rate. Short walk to town centre. Room size is twice size of other more expensive hotels!! Unbeatable.

Great hotel, we are just back from a weeks stay as a family of 3, our daughter is 13 and there were loads of kids her age as it was Easter holidays. Hotel is spotless, staff are very friendly especially at reception. Rooms are a little dated but clean. It's a 10 minute walk to the centre with loads of bars and restaurants, it costs €3.00 in a taxi and it's a 5 minute walk to waterpark. There is a supermarket on site which is quite reasonable.
