The room is good, staff is friendly and helpful and the rate is reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

無冷氣，地方舊，我們早上6:40要離開趕飛機，買了早餐也不讓吃，職員太不靈活，圖片後期製作誇張，其實是非常舊，千萬不要住。吃早餐的餐廳有老鼠，14歐/人的早餐卻只有五六款選擇

Cozy and convenient

地點非常方便,房間乾淨企理又夠大,清潔房間和前台服務員有禮又親切。價錢超值。可走路去西班牙廣場和魔幻噴泉,到地鐵只要5分鐘,打的到機場才27歐元。

中規中矩的飯店，房間大小適中，在新區，周遭有一些餐廳，很晚也可以吃飯，地點很方便，離西班牙廣場、火車站 很近，15分鐘走到觀光區，搭機場巴士站很近，服務人員很熱心。

Large room, but can't open the window. Feel a bit hot in the room. Close to metro station.

Just 1 or 2 minutes from Rockeford metro station; walking distance to espanya square; lots of food nearby. There is free wifi but you can access to internet only at the lobby area. Service is fair depending on which staff is serving you. Some are very polite and nice but some appear to be reluctant to talk to you. The payment system in the restaurant may need to be revised. I was charged with 2 breakfasts upon my check-out but I never went there. Later I learnt that the customer just had to tell the room number to the waiter and the bill would be there upon check-out. I believe that the majority of customers were honest but there could still be error when listening! Anyway, I insisted and did not pay though it took us 30 minutes for the check-out!

My stay at Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via was average overall. The property itself was fine, and the reception staff during check-in were helpful and professional. However, I had a disappointing experience with the night reception team. The room was very warm, so I contacted reception and asked if the temperature could be adjusted. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have individual temperature controls—only fan speed controls. When I asked about the temperature setting, the receptionist said she could not provide that information. The room temperature was around 24°C, while the outside temperature was about 25°C, making the room feel uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Despite raising the issue, there was no effective solution offered. If you prefer a cool room for sleeping, I would not recommend this hotel, as the climate control system may not meet your expectations. Apart from this issue, the property itself was satisfactory.

The room was clean The staff was very nice The location was perfect, very close to Gran Via Street which is a very long Street in Barcelona 👍 also many options for food and dining Also there is a cafe across the hotel street they offer you very yummy breakfast 😍👌 But when we used to go to our room, there was a kind of a smell in the hallway up near our room! Not a nice smell ! Also I called the hotel one week before my reservation date and asked to add another room to my reservation for one person and it was only one night, they gave me an email and said send us an email so we can answer you. They did answer saying we don’t have extra room for you! And at the same time I messaged the property through the app Expedia that I made my original reservation with asking the same question which they said yes we have extra room but after that they didn’t confirm that extra room is booked for me !! So I couldn’t depend on canceling my other hotel reservation. When I came to the hotel the staff told me you can get the extra room but it was too late to change the other hotel booking. So please You need to give your communications with customers more concerns especially for customers coming from outside of Barcelona Thank you
