Good location

The room is good, staff is friendly and helpful and the rate is reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

無冷氣，地方舊，我們早上6:40要離開趕飛機，買了早餐也不讓吃，職員太不靈活，圖片後期製作誇張，其實是非常舊，千萬不要住。吃早餐的餐廳有老鼠，14歐/人的早餐卻只有五六款選擇

Cozy and convenient

地點非常方便,房間乾淨企理又夠大,清潔房間和前台服務員有禮又親切。價錢超值。可走路去西班牙廣場和魔幻噴泉,到地鐵只要5分鐘,打的到機場才27歐元。

中規中矩的飯店，房間大小適中，在新區，周遭有一些餐廳，很晚也可以吃飯，地點很方便，離西班牙廣場、火車站 很近，15分鐘走到觀光區，搭機場巴士站很近，服務人員很熱心。

Large room, but can't open the window. Feel a bit hot in the room. Close to metro station.

Just 1 or 2 minutes from Rockeford metro station; walking distance to espanya square; lots of food nearby. There is free wifi but you can access to internet only at the lobby area. Service is fair depending on which staff is serving you. Some are very polite and nice but some appear to be reluctant to talk to you. The payment system in the restaurant may need to be revised. I was charged with 2 breakfasts upon my check-out but I never went there. Later I learnt that the customer just had to tell the room number to the waiter and the bill would be there upon check-out. I believe that the majority of customers were honest but there could still be error when listening! Anyway, I insisted and did not pay though it took us 30 minutes for the check-out!

Todo en general agradable, cambiaría la bañera ya que resulta un poco incómoda al entrar y salir, pero por lo demás todo bien. El desayuno muy bien.

En el kit de bienvenida de la habitación te incluyen un par de manzanas, lo que se me hace un gran detalle. La visita coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi mamá y te dan la opción de arreglar la habitación con globos (con un pago extra), detalle que nos encantó. Se encuntra bien ubicaso por lo que puedes tomar el metro o el bus para moverte por la ciudad.

A well run hotel within easy walking distance of the Placa d'Espana and Sants railway stations. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast offered a wide variety of good choices.

El desayuno para venir incluido, es bastante bueno. Se nos dificulto pedir servicio de alimentos al cuarto. Seguimos indicaciones y no nos fue posible contactar

Brilliant location and great city hotel!

Excellent location, easy access to shopping, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Clean and well maintained property.

Area has a bit of a gritty feel but never felt unsafe. Hotel Staff was very pleasant and housekeeping kept room immaculate and beautifully attended. I enjoy a good view whenever possible but was told choices were either noisy street or light well. I opted for latter, which was dreary, though quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with attractive but not outstanding selections. Provided a decent “grab and go” breakfast snack due to early departure.
