My apartment was so nice and cosy, I loved it. The only trouble was the first they assigned to me was unbreathable, and the second had too much dust which they offered one cleaning for but it was a downfall of the stay was having to have the broom in hand all the time, and keeping an eye for a creeping spider.

Wonderfully well located on a quiet street near the La Latina metro station. Large bedrooms, clean building and very clean apartment. A great place to stay, we will be back!

All sorts of troubles to find out littlest things to large things. No flexibility with things any old fashioned hotels offer.

Property was clean well maintained. Elevators was a plus. Whatsapp responses were very slow and there was a two hour plus delay between filling out the online check in, reaching out on whatsapp and finally recieving feedback that their systems were down and unable to issue a check in code.

Un lugar agradable para estar por unos días ya sea de negocio o de vacaciones. Es importante destacar que deberían mejorar el sistema de registro ya que puede ser complicado para algunas personas a la hora de registrar lo datos y poder accesar a la propiedad.

In need of maintenance. Door knob fell off with minutes of arrival - but was promptly fixed. Bathroom door lock didn’t work and the when it did people often got stuck.

Great apartment in a good location. Only downside was the noise from another apartment, wall was very thin.

La comunicación con los empleados de la propiedad es muy deficiente,es a través de whats app, siempre te contesta una persona diferente en el mismo chat,estuve 2 semanas y jamás me cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas, cuando llegas hay 3 rollos de papel higiénico y jamás te lo vuelven a reponer, si llegas a pedir algo como por ejemplo la reposición de rollos te piden el número de reservación, el nombre de los ocupantes, un dolor de cabeza, de plano tenía que salir a comprar el papel higiénico a la calle por qué cuando te respondían ya habían pasado horas.

Ótimo. Muito confortável e bem localizado.

Esta propiedad me canceló ! Sin embargo me puso en la calle fomento y la verdad no tengo quejas !!! Graciasss

La ubicación está muy bien, el tamaño y comodidad de apartamento estan muy bien pero si que la limpieza no es todo lo buena que debería. Al baño le hace falta limpieza a fondo sobre todo ducha y ventana que da a la ducha con mucha suciedad acumulada.

La puerta del aseo no se cerraba, 4 pastillas de café para 5 personas y 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 5 personas, calidad precio muy justo

No me dieron la habitación que ofrecieron que estaban en las fotos. Fue totalmente diferente. Me tuve que quejar con su personal y me dijeron que pusiera reclamación.

Fue una buena experiencia, el apartamento esta muy bonito, un poco reducido de espacio, pero cómodo, disfrutamos la estancia

Cambiamos nuestro itinerario y solicitamos apoyo para reagendar nuestra estancia, desafortunadamente no tuvimos su apoyo. No nos hospedamos

Good location in El Rastro & métro. Comfortable bed but blocked sink, no pans or pots to cook so we had to spend money in restaurants. Badly fitting doors so cold draught. Broken shower bracket. Unsuitably high shelves & hanging space for average height guests. Too high to reach a glass or plate! Other than an international number no way to contact Limehome. I’m a host myself offering very high quality accommodation so found this apartment very frustrating. Pity as the furnishings and location are good.

Todo bien sobretodo la limpieza
