Costo fue alto comparado con otras propiedades, un sofá cama fue su solución. No eran nada cómodas las camas o colchones. Se atascaba el agua de la regadera. El lavabo se veía vencido.

The property looks way better in pictures. It’s very small, the balcony is tiny. I don’t even know where the big balcony shown in the pictures is.It’s far from any dining. Not convenient for walking to places. There is a washer but no dryer. The stay was okey. Didn’t exceed our expectations. I wouldn’t book it again.

I stayed here for about a week and loved this place so much! It’s super close to a cafe round the corner, groceries are nearby and easy access to transport too! Lovely terrace view and most of all I felt super safe! The area is really nice, mostly with locals! I wish the place had an iron so I could iron my clothes haha but other than that it was perfect! Would 100% come back again.

A mitad de la noche saltó la alarma de incendios y nos tocó desalojar el hotel hasta que la policía y los bomberos revisaron el edificio.. La verdad de una bonita experiencia pasó a ser todo un desastre, con el pijama y las cosas en la calle a las 4 de la mañana..

Habitación bonita pero algo maltratada, con humedades en el baño, la puerta del balcón cierra mal, la luz del baño está medio suelta...A las cuatro de la mañana suena la alarma de incendios, 45 min en la calle hasta que se soluciona, según las reseñas parece un problema recurrente. La limpieza justa, polvo en los cajones, el rodapiés sucio... No obstante la habitación es cómoda y la situación está bien. Eché de menos una bayeta para la cocina y un tendedero para la colada

The bathroom have mold in the bathtub (pretty disgusting) the floor was dirty in the whole room.

Aunque no recibimos el mail con las indicaciones, llamamos a atención al cliente y de inmediato lo solucionaron. El departamento muy bien, super limpio, bien equipado y conectado con toda la ciudad. Como sugerencia coloquen un extractor de aire en el baño. Una noche comenzó a sonar una alarma externa de otro departamento, fue un fastidio pero imagino es algo puntual. También tienes un supermercado muy completo a menos de 1 cuadra. Volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo.

Nice accommodation near the city centre, quiet neighborhood. Quick response from the organisation when needed.

Wir waren zu dritt in Valencia. Die Wohnung war von der Lage her für uns perfekt. Man erreicht vieles zu Fuß und ist gleich im Geschehen, wenn man das möchte. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigeren Viertel. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch gut zu erreichen, egal ob Metro oder Bus. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug. An für sich ist die Wohnung ganz gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich jetzt selbst jeden Tag verpflegen möchte, dann wird es, glaube ich etwas schwer. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren eh viel in der Stadt essen. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Es ist nicht übermäßig sauber. Die Betten sind okay, sowohl das Hauptbett als auch die Schlafcouch haben gequietscht. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung.

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the neighbourhood, and it was such a great part of the city to stay in. The kitchen was quite well set up.

The room was in a bad shape and definitely not clean.

Clean centrally located

Appartement très agréable dans une résidence sécurisée. Codes d’entrée dans les lieux envoyés sur un site protégé. Déco moderne, très bien équipé et lumineux. Supermarché à proximité, métro à 12min à pieds. Centre ville à 10 min à pieds. Nous avons dû sortir de la résidence un soir à 22h car l’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée, une fois les pompiers sur place et après une vérification nous avons tous pu regagner nos logements. Je recommande ce logement

Overall good experience, can’t complain about anything tbh and communication is good. Just a feedback that the bin wasn’t cleaned when we entered the apparent.

I stayed with my family 3 nights.First of all i had a great communication with the people of the house. In a quite neighborhood and near the center.Free wifi and big clean room.
