Personal muy amable y habitación muy limpia

From the moment we arrived: every member of the staff has been really kind and helpful. As all restaurants were closed on December 24th, the receptionist allowed us to exceptionally to have dinner at the hotel and was very attentive to us. The breakfast was very well furnished, with many sweet and salty options. The whole hotel and the rooms were clean and quiet (although, the doors are not soundproofed so you can hear people talking in the hallway).

Nice hotel with excellent staff and comfortable rooms. Perfect location and all the people are very friendly. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night.

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. Good size room and excellent shower facilities. In a perfect location to visit the old city center. We had a late bus and the owner let us stay for a while in the lobby to read. Also had a very nice breakfast included. Would recommend.

Beautiful small hotel with friendly snd helpful staff! Besides, the hotel has a great patio for breakfast and convenient parking.

Solo pasamos una noche pero muy bien. Habitación sin ruido exterior. Con aire acondicionado. Limpieza de 10. Los útiles de aseo presentados en bolsa precintada al que no le falta nada . El desayuno buffet en un patio Interior de la epoca de la casa. Es una casa antigua de hace muchos años con patio interior y muchas habitaciones típica de Andalucía. Con un mantenimiento al día de su estado. Algunos hoteles con más estrellas no le llegan a la altura. Yo repetiré si vuelvo. La atención del personal de 10. Con una sonrisa siempre. Aprovecho para agradecerles si atención y buen hacer.

Lovely hotel, convenient for town and attractions. Staff were really nice and friendly, room very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast too was good, with ample choice. Private parking was available at small charge. Would recommend this hotel.

Traditional old school hotel in the best possible way: Very friendly staff, nice and roomie, amazing breakfast, very practical parking in otherwise difficult place to park. Arcos is a very cute Pueblo Blanco, with just enough turism to make it easy (restaurants, attractions) but not so much to be overcrowded. It's my second time here, and i will be back!

OK hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was easy. Short walk to the old city. Rick Steves had highlighted a rooftop terrance in his Spain book which no longer exists - taken over by a solar array.

Todo correcto. Atentos a las peticiones que hicimos antes de ir y luego tratandote con gran amabilidad y cercanía. Excelente desayuno, variado, zumo de naranja natural, buen café, buenos embutidos. Todo ello servido en un coqueto patio andaluz, si era tu deseo o en pequeña cafetería , con vistas al patio. Cama comoda. Armario pequeño pero suficiente. Quizás algún cajón hubiera estado bien.

Muy buen servicio, excelente desayuno y cerca del casco histórico. Excellent value for your money.
